Do you remember a time when you succeeded against all odds? Perhaps the opposite, you tried to do something you've done a hundred times but just couldn't get it right? In Dungeons and Dragons those moments are rolling a 1 or a 20 on your 20-sided die - a critical failure vs a critical success. 🎲

In life (and business) it often feels like everything is down to the roll of the dice. What we can learn from Tabletop Role-playing Games is that it's not the success or failure that matters but what you do AFTER that makes all the difference. Having a dynamic approach to your planning and structure is a huge indicator for success (as is knowing what all your co-worker's strengths are). 👨‍💼👩🏽‍💼👨🏼‍💼

We've just gotten back from watching Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves - what a brilliant movie!

It does a superb job of showing everything we love about D&D - bringing people together, highlighting each others strengths, and overcoming challenges that arise with creative problem solving.

The movie is filled with fun for those who know nothing about D&D and for Grognars who played First Edition - there's even a brilliant cameo from the original D&D cartoon!

Our specialty is providing fun, collaborative, multiplayer, social experiences using fantasy roleplaying games like Dungeons and Dragons to create an experience accessible to anyone - so this film really resonated with us. Highly recommend!🛡️
