I thought it's about time I properly introduce myself...

Name: Adam Jones
Job: Owner and creator of Jones Events
Years of service in the game: 10
Favourite cocktail: It has to be an 11am Margarita (its past the yard arm somewhere)

For the past decade I have been involved in a massive variety of events in an industry that's always evolving. It is my passion to create a great atmosphere and the most unforgettable moments that live on much longer than the last drink.

Have you recently had your venue cancelled for 2026 / 2027?

Here is what we can offer..
A spacious marquee wedding party!

This can either be a traditional 40x100ft pole tent

Or

A modern modular marquee 9m x 21m complete with flooring.

Both options can be furnished with either long rustic tables and cross back chairs or round tables with lime wash chairs for upto 120 guests.
A bar of your choice (from us at Jones Events)

We have plenty of space and can accommodate much more guests!

The field runs along side the canal in a peaceful part of Northamptonshires countryside.

With plenty of Air Bnbs and a hotel all within a 5 mile radius its the perfect location!

The fully furnished venue for a Friday - Sunday hire starts from £5500 + vat

We have plenty of drinks packages for you to choose from!
From a fully licensed cash bar to an unlimited open bar for you and all your guests... including cocktails!
Minimum bar spend of £1500

We allow any outside catering companies to join us!
If you are stuck for ideas we have plenty of reccomendations!

We can also reccomend one of our trusted wedding planners to take all of the stress away from you.

Our signature Espresso Martini is a blend
of rich bold coffee with smooth premium vanilla vodka and coffee liqueur.

Our glasses are always chilled and the espresso shaken thoroughly to help create that luxurious velvet foam.

Tomorrow is the day! OurJay Festival 2025 and we are looking forward to seeing you all, for a whole day of fantastic music, great food and entertainment 💙🩵💙

The housekeeping….
Parking, on site, come through the main entrance for Newbold-On-Avon RFC and turn left and there is plenty of parking available. Please avoid parking on Parkfield Road, out of respect for the residents. DO NOT PARK OVER DRIVES OR IN FRONT OF GARAGES AND DO NOT MOVE ANY CONES (these are there for emergency vehicle access). Disabled bays can be identified to the left on entry, by the blue parking cones.

The forecast is HOT & SUNNY, so please remember your sun cream, sun umbrellas and hats (there will be no sun cream available at the festival). Small pop up baby/dog tents are permitted.
We will have soft drinks available for 50p/£1 and the club bar and Rugby Distillery will also have fluids!
Bring your blankets/chairs

You will receive a wristband on entry and you will need to show this if asked.

We would strongly advise against bringing dogs, as there is little shade, but if you do bring a dog, they must be kept on short leads at all times.

Please bring cash wherever possible (as this saves on fees for the charity), however, card payments are also available.

STRICTLY OVER 18’s ONLY TO PLAY ON THE ADULT TOMBOLA, THIS INCLUDES PICKING TICKETS OUT.

Event Medicare will be with us again this year, to look after any health concerns on the day.

GPS Security will be on site to keep us all safe.

STRICTLY NO MOTORISED VEHICLES WILL BE PERMITTED (except wheelchairs or mobility scooters).

Do not climb on the stage.
The stand will be closed.
Do not enter any generator areas.
Public toilets are inside the Rugby club.
We are doing tokens for the inflatables and activities, visit the token station.
