This is the inspiration of my Supper club, During my journey in cooking I've learnt cooking techniques from different countries around the world. After trying all these dishes I found myself becoming more and more intrigued by my heritage and ways I could reinvent some of the dishes. For a while I questioned what my own personal style of cooking until last year where I found it, The Tokunbo Dining experience.
In my Supper Club I will be sharing myself and cooking journey with you all, each Supper club will have a different menu based on the places and experiences I've had. The first being based on my first restaurant job Wagamama - Japanese fusion
Tickets for the TOKUNBO Club soft launch are now available. The dessert for the menu will be released today at 8pm.
4 course for £30 drinks and snacks are also available to purchase on the night.
