We couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that we are now the exclusive catering partners for a stunning new Sussex venue, Falmer Court ✨✨ Medieval charm, romantic scenery, lush landscaped gardens and picture perfect photo opportunities can all be expected at this English country estate nestled in the South Downs, just 15 mins from central Brighton and an hour away from London. Comprising of an 18th Century Court House and a recently renovated mid~13th Century Great Thatched Barn, it is the ideal setting for weddings, events, parties and even film sets. Reputed to be one of the largest barns in the UK, the venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests seated and be shape shifted to suit the layout of your choice. ✨ We’re still dreaming about this sensational set up created by the very talented Phoebe from Phohm for the intimate garden wedding of L & E earlier this Summer 🌾 The day was as dreamy as the set up, full of sunshine, laughter and love 💛 And we had a blast cooking up the couples’ BBQ feast with highlights on the coals including Chorizo Pork Sausages, Pork Souvlaki and Moroccan Dry Rubbed Chicken, and veggie flamed treats of Cauliflower Steaks with Chimichurri, BBQ Miso Aubergine, Confit Garlic Mushroom Burgers and Halloumi and Asparagus Skewers 🔥 Congratulations to the lovely newlyweds and thank you for such a fabulous day ✨
