There are 4 events to choose from:

• AQUATHLON - 1.5k Swim followed by 5k Run (around the nature reserve)

• SUPATHLON - 1.5k Stand Up Paddle Board followed by 5k Run (around the nature reserve)

• PADDLE BOARD - 1.5k or 3k timed Stand Up Paddle Board

• SWIM - 750m or 1.5k timed Swim
