Good morning!

As we look forward to welcoming you to another exciting evening of live pro wrestling action, please take note of the following:

VENUE OPENING/SHOW TIMES

Entry for the pre-show VIP quiz starts at 4pm with a quiz start time at 4.15pm.

Doors for the main room will open at 5.15pm with an expected 6pm start.

The show is expected to end at 8pm with a 15 minute interval midway through for refreshments, but timings could run later.
The VIP Meet & Greet will take place following the show and should be finished by 8.30pm.

Gosforth Civic Theatre operates a café with a selection of hot and cold drinks and food for sale and this café will be open throughout the day.


PARKING

Parking directly outside of the venue is very limited and unlikely to be available at the start of the event. We will endeavour to ensure disabled spaces remain available in advance of the event and will send specific instructions in a separate email this afternoon to those who’ve confirmed they require mobility access.

CONDUCT

Prime Wrestling is proud of our record of having zero incidents or fan ejections throughout our near three-year history, and would like to thank all returning fans for playing a part in that. For those joining us for the first time, please note the following.

We ask that all attendees show consideration to the staff, wrestlers and other fans around you during the show.

We welcome everyone to be as interactive as you are comfortable with: shout, scream, boo, get immersed! But we do NOT permit the use of sexist, racial or homophobic language towards fans, staff or any of the performers in any capacity.

Please do not touch the wrestlers or partake in behaviour that will disrupt the enjoyment of the event for those around you. Use of any such language/ behaviour will be met with a verbal warning, temporary or a permanent ban from our events.

Please be respectful to everyone around you.

VIP MEET & GREET

The standard VIP Meet & Greet will take place after the show, scheduled around 8pm (but could potentially run over). Passes can be purchased for £5. For children 16 and under wishing to attend the VIP Meet & Greet, adults won’t be required to purchase a pass if accompanying.

For those who’ve purchased a VIP Meet & Greet pass in advance, there will be a special pre-show quiz taking place in the studio at Gosforth Civic Theatre. We’ve advised a 4pm arrival time in advertising with an expected start of 4.10pm-4.15pm. The quiz will end around 5.10pm and your party will be given priority entry to the main hall.

RESERVED SEATING

Front Row, mobility-assisted attendees and parties of 4 or more will have reserved seating.

Important Note: Although we’ve done a full set-up of the venue in advance of ticket release to work out capacities with a new floor layout, there is the possibility seating may need to be adjusted on the day following set-up eg. for technical reasons.
