Hello, it’s been a while! 🤭
We’ve had a sloooow start to our season after losing all of our tulips and the weather just being typically awful 😅 however, the sunshine has really helped our summer annuals pop up so we are now in a position to start gradually selling our posies at again 🎉
We have a small, limited number available tomorrow so grab one if you can! 🩷
P.s. how good does the barley look in these? 🌾

The rain has crushed half of my flowers and to say I’m gutted is an understatement 😣 Mother Nature has been very cruel this summer with her weather but I’m hoping September will be sunnier so what I have got left growing can be a knock out 🤛
so due to this there will be a very small, limited number of posies available tomorrow at 🍓 thank you for all your support, and I’m so sorry I don’t have as many flowers I’d have liked for you all at this time 😔

XL GIFT POSY 💛🌸
Made this one like a rainbow with all the colours that were coming through in the patch. Our beautiful ‘lady coral lavender’ (she’s fancy!) Chinese asters are my favourites here with their big pom pom, cushioned, frilly heads 💜
It’s been another hectic week in the patch so thank you for keeping us busy with all your orders 🌸

One of our recent private orders bursting with all the summer flowers we are growing here at the patch, what a delight 🤩
We’ve just moved house, celebrated our daughters birthday and had the chaos of summer holidays mixed in too so there was no flowers this week available at Black Isle Berries unfortunately, but we will be back next week with lots of flowers for you all 💛

What a joy to see the patch this beautiful after a short break away 🤩🌸
Everything is bursting into bloom and I can’t tell you how happy it makes us, (as a family - it’s a team effort!) seeing all our hard work, dancing away in the sunshine ❤️
We will have mixes of pink, red and lemon posies in tomorrow so grab yourself a bunch before they are all gone 🥰

We’ve had a lot of last minute requests recently for flowers and unfortunately I’ve been unable to fulfill these orders due to short notice! If you’d like to order a posy for a special occasion, please send me a message ideally a week prior to the occasion so I can add it to my diary and plan my flowers in advance for the week 😊 thank you all! 🤍

Our posies were sold out in record time on Wednesday and we can’t thank everyone enough who came along and bought one, it means so much ❤️ we’ve managed to get together a few more of our market style posies featuring some gorgeous Greek Cress (how has it taken me so long to grow this stuff!) and these will be available to buy tomorrow at 🍓

DIY FLOWERS 👰‍♀️💐
We’ve had lots of enquires regarding DIY cut flower buckets and I’m so excited to say we’ve decided to open our diary this year to offer this new service for weddings and events in the local area 🤩
Our buckets will start at £50 for 50 stems for a mix of both flowers + foliage. As we are a seasonal business, our buckets will contain the best of what is currently growing on our patch so you can be guaranteed fresh, stunning flowers that are unique to the season for you to create your own arrangements and displays.

We are BLOOMing back!! 🥳🌷
So excited to finally see our gorgeous tulips dancing away in the sunshine and see some spring colour 💛
We will be offering our first tulip posies of the season this weekend for £10 if you fancy some fresh, local flowers from the beautiful Black Isle 🌸 just send us a message to order.

We are back!! 💐our tulips are bursting through, our greenhouse is a thrive of activity and we are hoping to make this season one of our best 🤩 we will be selling tulip posies from the end of April and well into May so please get in touch if you’d like to order one for yourself or someone special 🥰 all our tulips are sourced from Holland and you certainly won’t find these amazing varieties in your local supermarket 👀 stay tuned for more updates and exciting news about our wee business 🤍

Our last posy of 2022 💛
Our flower season is officially over for the year! I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone’s who’s supported our little business in its first year. I never once thought we would be as popular and as busy as we have been! We have met some fantastic people who are just as passionate about Scottish flowers as ourselves which is so encouraging!
We are already busy planning 2023 and have lots of exciting projects and ideas brewing away to bring the Posy Patch Tore back bigger and better for a new season of flowers. We have already begun sowing our seeds, turning our beds and planting our bulbs, so there is still lots of behind the scenes action happening.
Stay tuned for lots of content over the winter on our 2023 season planning!

Welcome to the Posy Patch Tore 😊
We have been up + running for a few months now and thought it was time to introduce ourselves on Facebook!
I’m Megan and together with my partner Stuart, we have decided to start growing + selling our flowers from our patch on Stuart’s family farm based on the Black Isle.
My love of flowers initially begun during lockdown 2020 when like us all I was keen to find a way to occupy my time. Over the last two years, I’ve become invested in learning the intricacies of growing flowers from seed all with a focus on creating beautiful blooms that are environmentally friendly using sustainable practices + materials.
We are still a very small scale production + definitely still at the beginning of our business journey but we have been blown away by our flowers popularity in the local area this summer and can’t wait to see what lies ahead for the Posy Patch Tore in the coming years.
We are currently selling our flowers at the Highland Farm Cafe every weekend or alternatively you can send us a message via our email, Instagram or Facebook channels to order a posy.
