I had alot of fun creating this Bespoke 80's themed buffet
Bringing all those nostalgic favourites to the table.
This was a buffets for 100 people.

Included in this buffet we had :

Roasted meats. with rolls to make a meat butty !!
- Gammon
- Pork
- Beef
- Pulled Pork
- Selection of Continental Meats

Chicken selection:
Smoky BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
Garlic and Herb Wings
Spicy Chicken Strips

Selection of Quiches:
Roasted Mediterranean vegetable
Cheese and onion

Selection of Pasta salads:
Pesto and Sun Dried tomato and feta
Tomato and basil

Cheese board and crackers and grapes
Smoky austrian
Wensleydale
Blue stilton
Brie wheel
Goats Cheese
Brussells Pate

Tomato basil and mozzerella ball salad

Nibbles:
Vegetable Spring Rolls
Carrot and cucumber sticks and dips
Salt and Pepper Sausage Rolls
Coleslaw
Potato Salad
Bread Sticks
Cheese pickled Onion and Pineapple (on a stick)
Vol-au-vents
- Tuna mayo
- Egg mayo
- Prawn - marie rose sauce
Veggie Sausages coated in a hoisin and bbq glaze

I also included a Tuck shop table
- Cheesecake vanilla and biscoff
- Pink Wafers
- Party Rings
- Fresh Watermelon and Honeydew Melon
Selection of Crisps
Pickled Onion Space Raiders
Tangy Tomatoes
Spicy Transform a Snack.
