Good work tonight lads a good hardcore session and good sparring three weeks to fight night . We will be going sparring on the 13 March at ultra flex gym Leeds.
So all those that are on the show I will be getting weights Monday Wednesday and Friday .have a good weekend and don’t get to fat

Sorting sparring out for everyone ho is boxing on the 26 of this month.the sparring will be in Leeds on Sunday the 13 of this month. I will see you all at the gym and give you more information. please can you keep the 13 free as I have put a lot of hard work in to get you this.

Last night was a great session of combination techniques and technical sparring. You have all come on leaps and bounds in such a short time. and you are a great group to work with. I would like to thank the coaches and the fighters for signing up for this great cause. and look forward to seeing you all tomorrow night at the gym. if there is any one that would like to sign up for this show. on the 26 of March at colne municipal hall. then please feel free to come down to the gym on Sunday the 20 of February 12 till 5.and we will be glad to give you more information.whether you are a Seasoned fighter or a complete novice. it’s for a great cause and we are putting 6 shows on this year at colne so it’s a ongoing thing . Full credit to those who came to the Gym last night.Good training session.we have got six weeks to fight night.
Anyone wishing to box on the colne show on Saturday the 26 of March and raise money for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, please feel free to come down to the gym regardless of experience, mon to Friday 6 till 8 all training will be done by qualified Boxing coaches.
