This was a wedding ‘cake’ we helped create alongside the lovely - 4 layers of delicious British cheesiness, what’s not to love?

Menu -

Slow cooked miso Horner Farm Beef

Devon grown Wild Mushroom Ragu

Served with sides of

British Naked Oats
Roasted Broccoli, chilli, garlic and crispy onions

With a dessert choice of

Chocolate Mousse topped with caramelised cobnuts and shortbread

OR

Somerset Cider Apple Cake with a toffee sauce and clotted cream
