On Wednesday we created a delicious feasting lunch with hot jackets, roasted salmon, pink beef & winter slaw to name a few. The lunch was for a surprise party organised by two daughters for their mum’s 80th birthday and it was such a lovely day to be a part of! A room of full of old friends & family, such a thoughtful gift.
