TICKET SALES/TRANSFERS

Hi everyone,

PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY AND FULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS. WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY PAYMENTS MADE IN ERROR

Ticket transfers are now subject to a £5 administration fee. If you have sold a ticket you must click on the link below to have this transferred and pay the fee.

To prevent delays, please ensure that the names and email addresses are correct before submitting.

Who pays the fee?
We must have the request from the original ticket holder, the email address for the payment must match what is on the ticket.

When do I need to pay the fee?
If you have sold your ticket(s)
If you are splitting your ticket
Eg. You have 4 tickets and are selling less than you have. (To avoid multiple payments, wait until you've sold all of the tickets you want to)

I only want to sell 1 of my multiple tickets, how do I fill it in?
If you're wanting to transfer part of your ticket, please provide the lead email address (where they were delivered to) and the ticket holders name of the one(s) you are selling on.

It is free text in the information boxes, so if you've sold to mutliple sellers we will need the name and email of each buyer. When done on the same transaction, this is is one fee.
We need the name AND email address of the buyer.

When is a fee not applicable?
If yours or one of your party's name is spelled incorrectly on your ticket.
If one of your party switches to someone else but you're still attending together.
You just need to send us a DM on Facebook or Instagram.

✨🪩 Ticket Resales 🪩✨

Hi everyone,

We're already seeing ticket resales, please don't send us any at the moment.

We won't be actioning any this weekend.

We're going to be sending out a new, better process for ticket changes soon, so please hang fire and we'll let you all know when we're ready. Please be advised, that ticket transfers will be subject to a £5 transfer fee as mentioned in our ticket sales information post earlier in January.

To book your ticket(s) click the link:

Click the red box and follow the steps making sure you fill in all of the information required.

Please only buy what you need. There will be a £5 administration charge for ticket changes if you need to sell your spare tickets on.

Check the spelling and email address is correct as this is where your ticket(s) will be sent to.

You have around 5-7 minutes to check out.

Apple, Android/Google Pay, Debit and Credit cards are accepted for payment.

*Please be aware that we have had issues in the past with Monzo cards.

Once you have checked out and paid for your tickets, you will receive an email with your confirmation.
Please check your spam/junk mail folders.

Within the confirmation email there is a link to book a room at the venue, these go quick so we advise to book this if you are wanting to stay at the hotel. Your hotel stay at the venue includes breakfast, please do not add this on as an extra. It will ask you for a card to secure your booking, but no payment will be taken until you check out.

The WhatsApp Announcement group link will also be on your ticket email. This is not a chat group.

We are aware of the ongoing issues with Barclays Bank. While the bank has indicated that your card should now be usable, some users may still encounter difficulties. Unfortunately, we cannot postpone the ticket release past tonight for various reasons.

We accept payments through debit/credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. If you only have a Barclays account, we recommend asking a friend or family member with a different bank to assist you with the purchase. We understand that this may not be feasible for everyone; however, we must proceed with the ticket release.

As many of you know, resales will be available almost immediately after the initial release and continue up until the event, providing additional opportunities to secure a ticket.

For those who manage to book a room at the venue, please remember that you only need to enter your card details; payment for the room will not be required until the day of the event 🩷

📣 PRE TICKET RELEASE —PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 📣

Before the tickets go on sale this evening, please be aware of the below:

The tickets will go on sale at 7pm - keep an eye on the social media accounts. We will be posting the ticket link at 7pm on the Facebook group, page, Instagram story and Instagram bio. We will not be sending any other way.

If you are purchasing multiple tickets, you WILL need the names of the other attendees and you will need to fill these in. Maximum number of tickets you can buy is 4.

You will only have 5 minutes to check out, so make sure you have your payment details ready to go. The ticket site accepts credit/debit card or Apple/Google Pay.

The link to book a hotel room at the venue will be on your ticket confirmation email. You do not need to pay for your hotel until you check out, but you will need to enter card details for your booking. Breakfast is included in your rate, if you book via your ticket confirmation. You do not have to upgrade to include breakfast.

If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam and junk email. Also, check that your payment has gone through with your bank.

A NOTE FROM LEN: Ticket night is chaos, the traffic to the ticket website gets overloaded. Please remember we have no control over this and no control over who manages to get tickets.

As always, we will have absolutely ZERO tolerance for any abusive messages or crappy behaviour. If you feel the need to leave a comment/ send a message like that, we’d rather you didn’t attend. Theres no space at the ball for that kind of vibe 🩷

DRESS DROP!

So many of us have dresses and outfits that we want to sell/ rehome.. post them in the comments for others to see!

The ball is such a special experience, but we do understand that there’s so much you need to pay for. If you’re looking to sell or buy an outfit, this is the place to do it ✨

We’ve also all been there, changing clothes sizes and maybe not being able to wear the same thing twice because so much has changed since the last time you tried it on.

If only it was this quick to put together… ⏰✨

Blood, sweat and tears (& several hours) goes into the decor alone but it is SO worth it to see the vision come to life. So many of you guys complimented the decor and we are so appreciative 💚🩷🩵 it was a huge gamble (none of the group of decor organisers particularly love working with colour) but it’s one that massively paid off!

Big shout out to and her lovely helper who, as usual, smashed it out of the park!
