Due to unforeseen circumstances we are delaying the ticket release for the Winter Ball
We were due to release them this coming Tuesday 2nd July but something has come up meaning we will need to wait another week or so

We understand that plans sometimes change and that you may need to sell your ticket on. Please be aware that we cannot sell your ticket for you.
To sell your ticket, you can do one of the following:

If you have bought a resale ticket from someone or sold a ticket on to someone else please contact us with the name and email address the ticket was bought with, and the name and email of the buyer. The ticket must be reissued in the new ticket holders name to be valid. We’ll sort the transfer over for you!
For peace of mind, if you’re looking to purchase a resale ticket and want to know if the seller actually holds a ticket before you converse/ send money etc, let us know their name and email and we’ll check they are a valid ticket holder 🥥🍹
Also please note, we are busy ladies with families and other commitments - we can’t promise ticket transfers will be done straight away but we will do them ASAP. Thanks for understanding 🌺🩷

PRE TICKET RELEASE, PLEASE READ
Hi, before the tickets go on sale tomorrow please be aware of the below:
The tickets will go on sale at 7pm, keep an eye on the social media accounts. We will be posting the ticket link at 7pm on the Facebook group, page, Instagram story, grid and Instagram bio. We will not be sending any other way.
If you are purchasing multiple tickets, you WILL need the names of the other attendees and you will need to fill these in. Maximum number of tickets you can buy is 4.
You will only have 5 minutes to check out, so make sure you have your payment details ready to go. It is credit/debit card or Apple/Google Pay.
The link to book a hotel room at the venue will be on your ticket confirmation email. You do not need to pay for your hotel until you check out, but you will need to enter card details for your booking.
If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam and junk email. Also check that your payment has gone through with your bank.
EDIT FROM LEN: Ticket night is chaos, the website gets overloaded. Please remember we have no control over this and no control over who manages to get tickets. This year we will have absolutely 0 tolerance for any crappy messages/ behaviour. If you feel the need to leave a comment/ send a message like that, we’d rather you didn’t attend. Before and After pictures - Deadline 17th November
We'd love to share your before and after pictures at the ball, so if you'd like to submit one but you haven't yet, please ensure we have this by the 17th November.
This is totally voluntary, you don't have to if you don't want to.
If you'd like to send your picture please use a side by side picture, using a layout app. We can only use this format, so please don't submit two separate pictures.
1 photo per attendee, if you upload more than one they will be removed. (If you're submitting someone else's that's fine).
If you've not got the link, please DM us and we'll send this to you. We cannot accept them via Social Media and must be via the link.

The event will take place on Saturday 9th December 2023 at the Doubletree Hilton, Coventry, Paradise Way, Walsgrave on Sowe, Coventry, CV2 2ST.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀/𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲?
Ticket price includes entry to the event, entertainment, food and car parking. The ticket price does not include accommodation, this can be booked separately via the link included in your ticket confirmation email.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗱?
The tickets will be sold via Ticket Tailor in one release. We will release the link on our socials when tickets go live. Please do NOT message us to purchase tickets, they must be purchased via Ticket Tailor. Tickets are needed for entry to the event, no ticket, no entry, no exceptions. No more than 2 tickets can be purchased per person.
𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗟𝗦 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁?
This is WLS event, ideally, we would prefer to have as many WLS guests as possible, however, we also understand that some people may like to bring a friend/partner for support. The event encourages people to make new friends who have been through the same surgeries and understand what each other are going/gone through. We would ask people to be mindful of this when booking tickets.
𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀
All tickets are non-refundable, however, you may sell your ticket on yourself. To do this you will beed to inform admin of the cancellation so details on the ticket can be amended.
𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀
There are no direct transportation links to the hotel, however, Birmingham airport is just 17 miles away and local taxis are also available. The nearest train stations are approximately 5 miles away, they are Coventry and Coventry Arena.
𝗡𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗯𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘀
There are 2 nearby hotels if you don’t manage to secure a room at the venue. Holiday Inn Coventry M6, JCT 2 and Premier Inn Coventry East M6, JCT 2 which are both around 0.5 mile away from the venue.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗧𝗼 𝗗𝗼 𝗜𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮
There is a business park across from the hotel which includes restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket, bowling, bingo and more if you are looking for something to do. If you want to go into Coventry centre it is approximately a 20 minute journey.

Information regarding TBB Winter 23 ticket sales
As previously announced ticket sales for the winter ball will go on sale on 1st June 2023.
The link to the website will be posted on Facebook and Instagram at 7:30pm.
Tickets will be limited to 2 per purchase.
Unlike last year, there will only be one ticket drop for all of the tickets available.
For those of you that remember the ticketing last year - the website does get overloaded due to the sheer amount of you trying at the same time. If the interest for the winter ball is the same this year, then it is likely we will face similar issues. You may be able to put tickets in your basket, but not be able to check out - this is because they have all gone.
This time around, we will tolerate absolutely no negativity/ abuse. The ticketing system is as fair as we can make it.
We know it is disheartening if you are unable to get a ticket on the ticket drop, however we want to reassure you that last year out of the 400 tickets sold, there was around 150 resales. So if you don’t manage to get one on the ticket release, don’t lose hope.
Once you have purchased your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email - in this email you will find details of how to book a hotel room.
We have reserved all available rooms on the Friday night and every single room in the hotel for the ball night.

£99 double occupancy
Breakfast included.
You will need your ticket details to be able to book a room.
The Bariatric Ball - Winter Wonderland 2023…

Tickets will go on sale on Thursday 1st June time TBC and all available tickets will go on sale in one release. They will be £55 each. Further information regarding ticket purchasing will be released nearer the time.
Room bookings - you are currently unable to book a room as we have them all reserved. We will release further information on the rooms shortly, and can confirm that you will be unable to book a room without a ticket (hotel will be cross checking)

Good Morning everyone,
We have sent out the FAQs today to you all, it’s been sent via email to all main ticket holders - but is also available in our WhatsApp group, which hopefully answer a lot of your unanswered questions, should you have any.
Please see here the ‘small plates menu’. The hotel have put this together just for this event due to our requirements. The options are more suited in size but are also cheaper than buying from the standard hotel menu.
The full hotel menu with the standard portions will still be available, however this menu will be available both FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. Should you wish to order from this menu on the Saturday evening instead of eating from the buffet, that is also ok, but there may be a bit of a wait.
We hope that there are options on there to suit, but also are appreciative that the venue are going above and beyond to accommodate us where possible.
