We are back home after a wonderful week in Spain. I even went on a catamaran and sat on that scary netted bit. I have a fear of open water so I was way out of my comfort zone but do you know what, I bloody loved it and cant wait to do it again! I thought, if I dont do then I will regret it. Its good to face your fears head on isn't it. Mr Wedding Regency was nervous of the big wheel but he did it, it was even his idea 🥰. Would you do it or do have any fears?

Back to weddings now and making a start on all my 2026 bookings which I absolutely love. I have so many lovely couples booked in already for planning and styling and I just cant wait to work with them all ❤️

A smooth wedding day doesn’t start with luck…
It starts with a solid timeline. ⏰🤍

From a coordinator’s perspective, here are the things couples often don’t realise make the biggest difference:

✨ Build in buffer time
Hair and makeup always take longer than expected. Add 15–20 mins per person so you’re never rushing.

✨ Don’t skip travel time — even at one venue
Moving guests, resetting rooms, or walking across grounds all take more time than you think.

✨ Eat before the ceremony
You’ll feel better, look better and enjoy the moment more. No fainting brides or woozy grooms here!

✨ Give suppliers clear arrival times
And make sure someone knows who is expected, when, and where they’re unloading. (That someone can be me!)

✨ Factor in sunset
If you want golden-hour photos, your photographer needs the time built in — not squeezed in.

✨ Leave space to breathe
Some of the sweetest wedding moments happen when you’re not rushing to the next thing.

A well-planned timeline = a calm, beautiful wedding day.
