Real vs. fake flowers — there’s no right or wrong, just what works best for you. At Wedding Regency, we’ve worked with both, and here’s what we’ve learned:

🌸 Real Flowers
Pros:
• Beautiful scent
• Organic, natural look
• Seasonal variety

Cons:
• Can be pricey, especially out of season
• Wilting risk (especially in heat or summer marquees!)
• Less flexible for early setup

🌼 Faux Flowers
Pros:
• Can prep well in advance
• Budget-friendly (in some cases)
• No wilting, ever

Cons:
• No scent
• Can look artificial if not done well
• Not always more affordable (high-quality faux = ££)

In short? Go with what feels right for your day, budget, and style — and don’t be afraid to mix the two! 🌿

3 Tips for a Stress-Free Reception Entrance

Plan your timing
Make sure you and your planner coordinate with the DJ or band so everyone knows exactly when you’ll arrive — no surprises, no waiting around!

Keep it natural
Don’t feel like you need a big production. Whether you walk in holding hands or with your whole bridal party, just be yourselves and enjoy the moment.

Have a backup plan
Things don’t always go perfectly, so be ready to roll with it. If something changes last minute, your planner will keep things smooth so you can focus on the fun.
