100s of stems, probably 1,000s all drying in the old milking shed for gorgeous autumn weddings and dare I say it… wreaths. The smell is incredible!!!

A much less colourful day with stacks of seeds to be sown for next year… plenty of old faithful varieties planned as well as lots of new flowers to try.

We have lots of different bouquets available this weekend including these beauties which can be found at at Squirrel Stores, Long Clawson. The sunflowers have really picked up so we have lots of bright options as well.

A gorgeous wedding today which I have been so excited to flower for… perhaps a lie in tomorrow!

Possibly my favourite part of the job.

Ok so it doesn’t make for a pretty photo but sowing seeds, planning for the year ahead and watching the ground willing it all on. These seeds will be flowering next May - plenty of optimism required.

Goodness me I’ve been enjoying these. They definitely made me sweat when the entire crop was eaten earlier in the year… a panic final sowing was definitely worth it.

A gorgeous evening for picking flowers for tomorrows orders. It was especially great to see my favourite snapdragons starting to flower.

The seed begins life almost dust like in size but produces huge flowers on really thick stems and are an absolute must in the field.

It’s so exciting see bouquets leaving the barn featuring more and more summer colour. This weather has been fabulous today - you can almost see the buds turn into flowers in front of your eyes. More of this sunshine please 🌻🌸☀️

Blooming awful weather which feels more reminiscent of autumn not July BUT atleast we aren’t having to water (trying to see the positives).

My gorgeous friends married this weekend in a spectacular country wedding filled with amazing music, food and love. It was sunny, fun and the newlyweds looked amazing.

We created a birch arch filled with foliage from their family home to set the tone of the secret garden inspired design.
