My final piece of the puzzle arrived on Wednesday 17th of July 2024 🫶🏻 and we’re both doing well and resting.

Back to newborn snuggles and cuddles it’s such a lovely time I’m going to savour so much 💙

We are still open and I’m back on the messages and emails over the next few days, all bookings are still secure with our team, and we are taking NEW bookings on from the 13th of August onwards.

Yep so although today is my due date 🥴 no signs of baby yet, it’s just a reminder that we will still be open for business.

Why am I doing?

Running a small business is hard, and I still have overheads to pay and I would love a business to come back to. So I have a small team (my husband mainly 😂) on all bouncy castle and soft play set ups, and I’m still here for all your party planning prep and installs.

If I don’t reply straight away to any enquiry, please don’t worry. I will get back to you, and I will try to accommodate your bookings as best as possible over the next few weeks.

July is busy busy and all bookings in the diary are fully secure, any new enquiries, we will try our best.

August 9th - 13th we are closed for holiday - however we can still help with lots of recommend suppliers we work with ❤️ you’re always in safe hands.

We still can’t believe that this stunning wedding was a week a go now, and one of my last big jobs before I have a baby 💚 Yes not many know, as I haven’t announced it on socials much, but I am expecting my second child, so it was an honor to help get this wedding ready, as well as be a guest on the day - and we we managed to get everything done before he made an appearance, something I was slightly nervous about 💚💚

For some, it comes naturally, for others it doesn’t.. Party Planning can become stressful - but follow these steps and make sure you have all bases covered

8 Tips to Stress Free Party Planning

1. Set time/date and venue - really important that your venue has the date you want. Which is more important, do you have your heart set on a certain venue? Then adapt your date if it’s not available, or if the date is more important then source an alternative venue to suit

2. Decide on your theme - kids party? Who is their fave character? Milestone Birthday - do they love football or rock n roll? Maybe a bit of fancy dress.

3. Choose your suppliers based on your theme - it’s important to ensure they are available, This is a priority in planning!

4. Use a digital invite to send to all your guests - super easy.. and less hassle

5. Pay your deposits - no deposit payment, means no booking. Suppliers won’t hold dates unless this is paid.

6. Check the venue set up times and access requirements - your suppliers need plenty of time to set up!

7. order your party bags/favours from local sustainable sources - don’t turn to Amazon and buy plastic crap - no one wants that!

8. Prep, prep, prep as much as possible the day/days/night before. Don’t ware yourself out on the day

G E T T I N G 💜 B A C K 💜 O N 💜T R A C K Ok so the last couple of weeks have been somewhat.. eventful. July is always exceptionally busy, and I’m not complaining for one minute, but it really has been 12-14 hour days without a day off, meaning things such as social media, emails, marketing, admin, and just general life has massively fallen behind. I’ve taken the day off today to spend with my son (3) as I’ve missed him so much and he’s growing up so fast. 💔 it’s scary. So tomorrow I will be spending the day getting back on track. Not only was it like a the hottest weekend ever, but it was one of the busiest I’ve had and I’ve got you lovely people to thank for that 🙏🏻 However 😩 I broke my phone on holiday and received a new one Monday as it’s not transferred all my lovely pics from the events from the weekend. S U N N Y ☀️ D A Y Last week we had to pack our castle down in the rain, it gained a little mud. It’s an occupational hazard and there’s not much we can do about it, but get it out in the sunshine to dry out and for a good clean as soon as possible. I’ve been waiting for well over a week for a little sunshine and today was the today ☀️ She was a little muddy so we have a vigorous cleaning process to get our beautiful castles sparkling white again. ✨Hot Soapy Water ✨Bleach Spray ✨Hoover out the leaves and tree debris It’s a really tough part of our job, it takes well over 2 hours to clean and pack away again, but a bonus is it really is a good workout itself for us 😄 There is so much more to hiring our equipment, we spend hours cleaning, packing and transporting to events. You may find White Bouncy Castles are a little more expensive to hire than a colourful castle, well this is just one of the reasons why.
