🎉💫❤️ A beautiful spring wedding celebration we did last week at the stunning Mill House in Santon. It was a gorgeous day and the bluebells in the gardens looked amazing.

Thank you to Candy @ A3 marquees for providing the lovely marquee.
A huge thank you to our terrific Isle Cook team for their wonderful energy and hard work to make it all such a special day.
We served lots of canapés, followed by spring garden herb chicken courtesy of David at Teare’s butchers, Port Erin along with fabulous sea bass from Scales, Ramsey followed by a beautiful buffet table full of desserts!

The beautiful bride and groom were delighted with the food and the service we provided and said everyone was raving about the food. One guest even said the cheesecake was the best he had ever tasted — and went back for three slices!

We wish Hannah and Joe every happiness and all the very best for a wonderful future together. ❤️🥂🤍💫🎉

Thank you Candy for the fantastic marquee and kitchen and huge thank you to our wonderful Isle Cook team who helped make it all possible! You were all fantastic! Thank the Lord the predicted storm didn’t arrive until the Sunday!

Your cooking of the venison was superb. I loved the fact that the loin/fillet was pink and the ragu was delicious too, how on earth do you put little parcels of beans together like that in a windy tent!! The pudding towers were great and I confess to eating a LOT of them, then yummy cheese too. It's the little details - like fresh mint for tea - that really set you apart and of course your charming staff. Well done. A night to remember and one you should all be proud of.

🎉💫❤️🥂A stunning wedding celebration we did a couple of weeks ago at The Mill House in Santon. It was a beautiful summers day and the gardens and Mill House looked amazing. Thank you to Candy @ A3 marquees for providing the lovely marquee and a huge thank you to our fabulous Isle Cook team for their wonderful energy, hard work and humour to make it such a special day. We served canapés, a sharing board starter, beautiful Manx Lamb fillet courtesy of Mark at Teare’s butchers, followed by a beautiful buffet table of desserts!
The beautiful bride and groom and parents were all delighted with the food and the service we provided! We wish Henny and Sam a wonderful future together. ❤️🥂🤍💫🎉 A massive thank you to our wonderful team who helped make it happen. 👏🙏🎉

Salads to go with a BBQ. All Dairy Free Including dairy free homemade lemon curd for the pavlova roll!

Houmous is made with cashew butter as sesame is one of the allergens. It’s delicious!!! Summer is here on the IOM! 🎉❤️☀️🏖️

🎉💫🥂A beautiful woodland themed wedding celebration we did last weekend at Madeline’s idyllic venue in Bride. It was a beautiful summers day and the gardens and grounds looked amazing with the flowers and Cherry blossom in full bloom! Thank you to Candy @ A3 marquees for providing a beautiful marquee and a huge thank you to our terrific Isle Cook team who helped create the magic. We served canapés, a grazing platter for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters, lots of cake followed by delicious ice cream from the Gelatory! The guests and brides were all delighted with the food & service we provided and the coeliac said she had never been so well cared for at an event! ❤️🥂🤍💫🎉

🧶💫🎉Isle Cook was delighted to do the catering for the special opening of Albion, the new knitting factory on the Isle of Man yesterday. A beautiful occasion with perfect weather for everyone to enjoy the Ellin Vannin Pipes and Drums, some Vikings and a couple of shepherds with their Loaghtan sheep! I love a factory but it was really amazing to see the different processes and the intricate detail of how luxury knitware is produced that will end up in the fabulous shops of Gucci, Givenchy and the like! Loved it! 💫🧶🎉
