Remember that failure isn’t a dead end—it can be a powerful teacher. People always speak about having resilience in business and trust me you have to build and flex that muscle plenty in business and this has certainly been my experience 8 years in with the Glasglow Girls Club.

Resilience to me is about embracing those 'failures', analysing what went wrong, and adapting for the future. It’s not about avoiding setbacks but learning to bounce back stronger every time. Each challenge you face is an opportunity to refine your approach, build grit, and move closer to your goals.
