The theme for Caroline’s 50th birthday celebration was black, white and silver. Another fun setup in an amazing function room at Richmond Park Hotel in Bo’ness. It was so lovely to meet you Caroline and we hope everyone had an amazing night ☺️

We love getting requests for colour mixes that we haven’t done before. Shades of pink and silver were requested for this display, and we absolutely loved these colours together! 😍 what a great mix!

It’s always lovely to see our LED “love” letters out on hire! Our flower wall was used as a beautiful background to the wedding cake. We love a function at Eskmills venue - it’s such a beautiful setting! 😍 congratulations to the happy couple 🎉💍

Our discounted packages are the best way to save money on your event decor hire. If the packages noted below don’t quite fit your requirements however, please contact us and we can create a bespoke package deal for you.

The prices noted below are available for events booked by the end of 2024.

PACKAGE 1 - From £85
2 x 4ft LED Numbers
Personalised welcome sign on easel (white or black sign)

PACKAGE 2 - From £125

Balloon garland over numbers

Backdrop curtain
Add a balloon garland to your backdrop curtain for an additional charge

🚗 Low delivery charges
⚡️Fully PAT tested

All items hired must be kept indoors/under secure cover i.e. in a marquee. Our LED letters and numbers cannot be placed on damp grass/flooring. The prices stated above cover hire for 24hours.

Our acrylic welcome signs are for hire only and must be returned after your event.

Any hire over £70 will require a deposit to be paid to secure your date.

Based in Midlothian, and covering central Scotland, please contact us to check our availability for your date/location.

It’s so lovely to be able to attend an event with our items! Lastnight we had the pleasure of attending Paul’s surprise 60th birthday party, where we provided our LED numbers together with small table balloon decorations!

We are working on table balloon decorations that we hope to be able to offer shortly, so keep an eye out on this page for more information from us!

It’s been a busy start to February for the Optima team! We have loved all of our setups this weekend, but we particularly loved the finished look of the balloon garland on our ivory flower wall this morning.

Another one of our most popular packages includes our stunning ivory flower wall! Our flower wall is so versatile and is perfectly suited for any type of event - weddings, birthday parties and baby showers.

We have a choice of 3 neon sign options available to include with this package:
- pink “Let’s Party” sign
- white “Happy Birthday” sign
- mutli-coloured “Oh Baby” sign

The flower wall can be a maximum size of 2.4m x 2.4m

Balloons can be added to this package at an additional charge.
