A true blank canvas for anyone wanting to setup their own bar , coffee , pizza, cake etc. Or even expand your business. I totally rebuilt this unit in spring 2022. New axles , brakes, tow hitch, floor, sides etc. most of the chassis. £6500 Ono for the unit. That wasn’t even the cost of materials. I just want it moving on. Out of hibernation and aptly timed with the start of British summer time. Today we have one of our 6 mtr Tipi tents out for one of our clients birthday party. As with everything we do , it’s not what we do. It’s what you want. Here we have the 6mtr tipi tent together with seating, heating and lighting. This ideal for 20 persons. tipi

🍀🍀. Have you been affected by Irish eyes. If so, reward yourself with an amazing Irish eyes cocktail. Follow below. Here's what you need:
• 1 ounce of a good Irish whiskey. (add more or less depending on how strong you want it to be)
• 1/4 ounce of Baileys
• 1/4 ounce of green Crème de menthe
• 2 ounces cream Step 1: Prep your glass
You need to chill your glass, first. Now, you can either leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes or you can simply 1/2 fill it with ice and leave it sit while you assemble your drink.
Step 2: Add the mixture to a shaker
Take your shaker and add 1 ounce of whiskey, 1/4 ounces of Baileys, 1/4 ounces of green Crème de menthe and 2 ounces of fresh cream.
1/2 fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until your feel the shaker get nice and cool.

Step 3: Strain into your chilled glass
Take your empty chilled glass and 1/2 fill it with ice. Then strain your Irish Eyes cocktail over the ice. Garnish however you like and serve it up.Enjoy 🍀🍀🍀🍀

We would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas. Alcohol is in our name. We only mix with the best . However we fully endorse people enjoying and managing their alcohol intake. It’s not surprising that our best selling beverage this year is non alcohol from we’ve served amazing mocktails from there are so many options to help manage the alcohol intake. Being termed as a mobile gin and rum bar is just a conversation starter. We are actually a company who works with the finest detail to serve the drinks your guests enjoy. We love being diverse. Over the past few months we have worked for and with some incredible people. All reinforcing the fact we want to serve the drinks you enjoy. We mix with the best. We serve alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. Quite often it’s difficult to tell the difference in taste. If it’s wines, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, ales or ciders we serve it all ( pre agreed with the client prior to the event) This year has seen Gin Gin Geroo serve mini mobile pop up mixologist parties. Stunning weddings and corporate events with excess of 1700 with our delightful fully rebuilt converted ex horse trailer we aptly named Ginny and our supporting pop up bars. Our year isn’t over yet. You can still find us at the amazing place called Trafford Palazzo within TraffordCity in the lead up to Christmas. Look out for the heated tipi tent. Pop by and enjoy one of our many festive drinks.
