I know that some of you like to see a sneak peek of our food inspo from our adventures! After a beautiful week in Zakynthos we are all fired up and raring to go! Anyway, I didn’t actually get to eat any of this today because it went out to a lovely repeat customer in Baddeley Green as part of a scrummy med buffet for 30 people, celebrating a birthday! 🎉🥳🎁

Nath is an absolute trooper and holds down so many roles in our small business, but it’s about time he got some more help. With the business continually growing, we need the extra pair of hands, so I’m saying goodbye to my lovely role in Primary Education and hello to my apron! 🧑🍳

We are back! 🎿
It’s been a blast of pastries, pretzels, fondu, and schnitzel. Not to mention the cured meats and tree bark Schnaps!🤪
But back to business and back to creating great food for you lovely lot.
Tomorrow Nathan will be in the kitchen baking up a storm for this week’s buffets and replying to your messages. Tuesday onwards our diary is already pretty full serving up some delicious lunches for your weekly meetings.

Level 5✅ - “Premesis in excellent condition”
Another successful level 5 food hygiene inspection for Ohana Eats. It’s been one of the busiest weeks of the year for us, so to completely smash another inspection from Environmental Health is testament to Nathan’s high standards in the kitchen. The officers words were “I love it when I visit a premesis like this”
