We have arrived, our new home for summer 2023 is at the awsome Pavilion Terrace, Bournemouth. Crepes, Churros along with Fruit Kebabs and the renowned Purbeck Icecream are on offer through to the end September. lots of other foodies here along with the fab terrace bar with music makes for a great atmosphere, open from 12pm till late.

Well that was a complete waste of time and money whilst BCP do their usual thing. From a very busy pier open for free admission to the public to a very quiet Good Friday, along with queues on the pier not worth my time when you start charging. I’m off, other irons in the fire. Your loss BCP.

All the ingredients to perfect my noodle bar menu, Red Thai Curry, Chinese Curry and Vegetable Curry, all to master, then throw in the Chicken, mushroom or Pork, all on a bed of authentic noodles with a range of topping sauces from Hoisin, plumb and Soy sauces, this is going to be fun.

Fingers crossed, we are just waiting to dot the I’s and cross the T’s for a summer season contract for Wilky’s Catering Co in Bournemouth. Commencing operations April 2023, this is our new trailer to work alongside our lovely airstream, just working on our new menu for the summer, hopefully work will start next week to turn her into a noodle bar once we have the final go ahead. watch this space, exciting times.
