My First Meat for Coronation Weekend Events has been washed clean and seasoned/marinaded. The smell is mouth watering. The Menu is to die for. Glad I am going to be there.

When you're cooking for over 60 people who have never tasted Jamaican Rice and peas(kidney beans) it must be done from scratch, no tin kidney beans. Food warmer are being put together. Thank you Mr McPhee and TJ who came down from University to help.😘❤️One Love!

Doing a simple Sunday breakfast for me and Hubby. Fry dumplings(one of Hubby's favourite food)with bacon's, beans onions and black pepper. The process requires kneading of flour to make a dough. Therefore I ensured that my nails are short and clean.
