This weeks menu was stuffed bell pepper
🫑 veggy option with courgette, cherry tomatoes 🍅 red onion 🌰 capers, olives, smoked garlic, and fennel cooked with a basil oil, and baked with bechamel.. for the meat eaters filled with smoked bacon and a beef ragout 🌞

Ooh, a nice cup of chai, lime, and honey posset 🍵 I keep coming back to this recipe, so simple 🌟

250ml heavy cream
Zest and juice of 1 lime plus extra zest for decorating
3 tbsp of chai tea infused water
60g Honey (or to taste)

Simply put all the ingredients in a pot, gently heat up until it’s just about to boil, and little bubbles will start to appear on the surface. Sieve directly into pots/cups leave to cool and then set in the fridge. ❤️

I had a sneak peek today, at the  curing room.. the smell was incredible.. these beauties will be hung for 6 months then...

Back to school gluten free snack hack 😋
Savoury muffins 10 mins to make 20 mins to bake .. recipe makes 12 sbd freeze really well
220g self raising gf flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
220g grated cheddar
Pinch of salt and pepper
Strips of shredded ham of choice
1 tsp of chopped chives
Mix together ✨️ then add
90ml either vegetable or olive oil (I used 🫒)
200ml milk of choice I used unsweetened almond
2 large eggs
1 tsp pesto

Gently fold wet and dry mix, grease your muffins tins, and bake in a preheated oven @200°c for 20 mins

Savoury muffins 10 mins to make 20 mins to bake .. recipe
220g self raising gf flour

The story so far

Plenty is a Brighton-based catering company, which offers a cornucopia of vegan and vegetarian delights, as well as an array of mouth-watering meat and fish dishes. Catering to most dietary requirements and never, ever, compromising on flavour and quality in lieu of any dietary restrictions. Plenty believes that no morsel that passes the lips – be it animal, vegetable or mineral – should taste anything other than ludicrously scrumptious.

We live to eat.

Run by Laura Tulloch, a trained chef with many years’ hands-on experience in the industry, Plenty caters for private parties and corporate events in and around the area. Wherever possible, sourcing locally, and using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients available to them. Proudly uniting with the wonderful Ashurst Farm as their main vegetable supplier, who grow around forty glorious varieties of vegetables. Westdene Butchers supplying sublimely tender and flavoursome meat, which has been hung to maturity. Westdene sources its beef and lamb from the South Downs, cutting down on food miles and helping to boost the local economy.

Sourcing locally and fresh, means Plenty changes its menus in harmony with the changing seasons, and works with whatever new delights become available.
