Firstly…. Salmon Platter
Side of poached salmon on a bed of leaves dressed with smoked salmon, prawns & mussels served with a homemade lemon mayonnaise 😋

Secondly…. Seafood Salad
Large bowl of flaked poached salmon, smoked salmon, peppered smoked mackerel, prawns, mussels & squid rings . On a bed of mixed leaves & rocket served with homemade seafood sauce 😋
