Hi all we are back with our signature chicken biriyani 😋😋😋

Finally the wait is over, we are making our authentic Kerala chicken biriyani on the 22nd of July, will be ready for collection from your malayali kada from 4pm onwards our signature biriyani will be made with kaima rice and we use our secret blend of spices with gives our biriyani a unique flavour. Our biriyani comes with sweet lime pickle, papadam, traditional yogurt salad and a boiled egg to complement this yummy dish that bring nostalgia to us keralits. Hi guys, we are making Kerala pothi choru for the first time on the 10th of June and will be ready for collection from Malayali kada Nuneaton , we are making only through pre orders,so please let us know by Friday ☺️

Hi all we are making pothi choru this Saturday the 10th of June 2023 as part of our south Indian food fiesta, we are doing it only through Pre-order. please let us know by Friday the 9th if you want to order some.😋😋😋

Pothi Choru which literally means 'Packed Rice' is a traditional Keralite meal parcel packed with cooked red matta rice, chammanthi (coconut-chilly paste) pickle, Achinga kasha merukku piratti( long beans and green plantain stir fry with spices) cabbage thoran, sambar, pulissery, omelette, and fish fry all wrapped up in wilted banana leaf wrap.
To those of us who grew up in Kerala, Pothichoru is nostalgia wrapped in a plantain leaf. It was the simplest way a meal could be packed in the olden days.
We bring these unexplored flavours of Kerala to you.

Hi all, we are excited to let everyone know that we are making our signature Kerala beef biriyani for the first time as a take away, as many of our customers told us that they were craving for it after having it at the parties that we have catered before. Our signature beef biriyani is genuinely authentic and unique like all our other dishes. Biriyani will be ready for collection this Thursday ,the 17th February from 7pm onwards , as usual it will come with traditional yougurt salad, homemade sweet and sour lime pickle, egg and a papadam. Biriyani will be £7.50 each . Please make your order by Wednesday the 16th morning to avoid disappointment.

Hi all, due to demand we are making our signature nadan chicken biryani , this new year's eve, Friday the 31st of December. Will be available for collection from 7pm onwards.our biriyani comes with ,papadam, traditional yougurt salad, home made sweet lime pickle and boiled egg.£6/biriyani.please let us know by 29th December to avoid disappointment.😋😋
