So we haven’t posted for awhile but last night we hosted a amazing celebration of a 40th & 50th birthday x40 guests great atmosphere and great clients was cooking and making it work can I say what a pleasure it was to make sure all the guests where happy and fed !!! The clients hired the whole of the out to have a great 60s& 70s evening
Very happy clients & very happy me 👌👌👌👌👌

So yesterday we had the pleasure of cooking for a family of 9 & a very special 5 course tasting menu , amazing night for a Birthday celebration 🎉 szychef was cooking up the meal
was the venue what a pleasure to cook for a great family they made us feel very welcome and relaxed & they had a great menu also
Bouche - parsnip panacotta - Brampton apples & brown sugar crumb

Stater - textured of beetroot- feta & picked shallots

Mains - Breast of duck - duck leg croquet - squash & purple sprouting broccoli

Pre dessert- Rhubarb and custard

Dessert- strawberry & basil cheesecake

From the first interaction right to the day of the party, Simon our chef was brilliant - professional yet really down to earth. We had a delicious 3 course dinner made for us which tasted as amazing as it looked. The kitchen was handled expertly and left it as clean as it was as the start. He made us all feel relaxed and comfortable in the space we were in, and worked with us on our timing of our meal and courses, all of which made our meal all that much more enjoyable.
