2) If You Love Surprises
Coordinators are always trying to prevent surprises, but where’s the fun in that? Imagine the thrill when the DJ plays the wrong song for your first dance, or when you realise there’s no one to set up the cake table. Pure, unfiltered excitement!

3) If You Don’t Mind Leaving Things to Chance
Why worry about timelines, decor setups, or making sure everything flows smoothly? Just go with the flow! After all, a little bit of chaos never hurt anyone on their wedding day, right?

Jade & Tom

I had the privilege of working with Jade and Tom for over 16 months leading up to their wedding. Throughout that time, I not only got to bring their wedding vision to life but also had the chance to know them personally. By the time their wedding day arrived, it truly felt like I was planning and celebrating with friends. Jade and Tom may have started as clients, but by the time we celebrated their marriage, they felt like friends.

As a wedding planner, my priority is always my clients. I’m not tied to any specific suppliers or venues, which allows me the freedom to focus solely on each couple’s unique vision. I intentionally take on only a select number of weddings each year, so I can provide every couple with this level of care, building genuine friendships along the way.

As our busy wedding season winds down, it feels like the perfect time to reflect on our first wedding of 2024!

April and Russell’s big day was truly unforgettable. After they exchanged vows at a stunning London venue, we headed to one of their favourite spots. In true London fashion, they and their guests travelled through the bustling city on double-decker afternoon tea buses!

The day was filled with vibrant colours, endless laughter, and so much love!

Charlotte and Greg made excellent choices for their bridal party and groomsmen! Their friends were not only welcoming but incredibly helpful and hands-on throughout the day.
The evening was even more memorable when the bridesmaids invited me to join them on the dance floor—no complaints from me!

I began working with Charlotte and Greg approximately 20 months before their wedding day. At that time, they had only secured their church and reception venue.

We started working together immediatley, researching, and recommending suppliers, exploring the design for their wedding, and discussing the timeline for their special day. Despite their busy work schedules, Charlotte and Greg were able to relax, knowing that the key aspects of wedding planning were well-managed.

Get to know me!

Wedding planning can be an emotional journey, filled with excitement, joy, worry, and nerves. I support my clients through every step of this process because I understand what they’re going through. In June 2024, I walked down the aisle and married my best friend, so I truly know the emotions involved. This personal experience allows me to support my clients on a deeper level.

Starting in the wedding industry at the young age of 16 as a waitress for a catering company opened my eyes to this incredible field. From the stunning floral arrangements to a bride arriving in a helicopter, I knew right away that this was the industry for me. From training to be a wedding coordinator at a handful of local venues, I took the leap of faith at the age of 21 and set up ATW. I have never looked back since.

I love working with my clients to design their dream wedding. Bringing together styling ideas, floral displays, and stunning stationery, I help turn their wedding dreams into reality. It truly is an honor to build relationships with my clients, share their journey, and witness them tie the knot. I haven't attended a single ceremony where I haven't teared up!

I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds and being a part of more incredible weddings.
