👨🏽‍🍳💙🕯️ Beef Ragu Ravioli 🕯️💙👨🏽‍🍳

This weekend I’ll be serving up these tasty pasta parcels ( Don’t ask how many I’ve made … I lost count after 290🤣🫠😜)! Made with either slow cooked vegetables or beef in red wine, spices, onions and tomatoes then wrapped in homemade pasta and served with tomato sauce, basil and Parmesan! 🤌🏽🍷🍅

Italian summer on a plate.. here’s hoping we get the weather to match! 😎🇮🇹☀️

These tasty and vibrant risotto balls will be served up at the Italian inspired Summer Club as part of the grazing experience. They are earthy & delicious and topped with a parmesan marscapone and rosemary sprig 🤌🏽💙🇮🇹

I have been completely overwhelmed with the response to the venture. With Bespoke we offer a tailor made canapé and grazing experience for up to 70 guests in the house and grounds of the beautiful Ardgowan House in Inverkip.

It really is a special event for any occasion and allows a stress free build up and unique ex*****on for any party planner, birthday boy/girl or special couple 👨🏽‍🍳🥂🫶🏽

It was my total pleasure to cater for Fiona’s 40th celebration at Ardgowan House last Sunday! 💗🫶🏽🕯️From circulating canapés to constructing the menu for her grazing table experience for her guests for afternoon celebration was a total joy! 👨🏽‍🍳💙🙌🏽

I CAN’T BELIEVE THE RESPONSE FROM THE MAILING LIST🤯🤯🤯

They are BACK!!!!..........how do you fancy a Summer Club?? 😍☀😎🥰

An afternoon of Food... Music....and hopefully some sunshine so we can have you out making the most of the wonderful grounds at Ardgowan House!!💙👍

The food concept will be grazing tables (served per table) a hearty selection of dishes inspired by the cultures that we all love as foodies!! 🫶🏽👌🏽🥘

Food inspiration will change, month to month, as will the vibe as I’m working with many collaborators to ensure the atmosphere, drinks and extras compliment the food😊👨🏽‍🍳🕯️

This experience will be catered for Tables of 2 - 10, so grab your pals and get a team along for a sociable afternoon. 🥂🍻🍷

Of course, the usual canapes and fizz will be flowing to welcome you / warm you up before your party is seated for its grazing experience (hopefully outdoors.. weather dependent) 🍾

🍷🕯️🍋 Harissa & Lemon Veg or Chicken 🍋🕯️🍷

Plate 3 of April’s Supper Club is this warm spiced chicken or veg marinated in harissa, red wine, herbs, red onion and lemon then roasted in the oven. It’s served on a gorgeous tabbouleh salad and accompanied by crispy morrocan spiced roasties! Sunshine on a plate 👌🏽👨🏽‍🍳🥰

🍠👨🏽‍🍳💙 Sweet Potato & Spiced Red Onion Tart💙👨🏽‍🍳🍠

Plate 2 of this April’s Supper Club is this sweet potato pie, made with slowly sautéed red onion in red wine and ras el hanout seasoning gives it the sweet but warming flavour, then topped roasted and crushed sweet potato and topped with salty crumbled feta cheese! A perfect baked balance of sweet and savoury to awaken the tastebuds! 🥧🤩👌🏽

Plate 3 of March’s Supper Club is this beautifully tender cut of lamb, slowly cooked with mint, spring onions, thyme, carrots and stock. Served on a silky smooth potato purée and topped with crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds, fresh parsley, mint and accompanied by a lamb sauce 🤌🏽👨🏽‍🍳🧄
