Comment: A wonderful, extremely spacious well presented house in tranquil surroundings within easy reach of the Kielder Forest, Hadrian's Wall, Lindisfarne, Edinburgh and every place in between. When you arrive it looks large but as you enter the house you experience the Tardis effect, the place is extremely roomy and well equipped. The welcome pack was astounding with homemade marmalade tray bakes, local cheese, bread and even some treats for the dog. The kitchen has everything you could wish for whilst the living and bedrooms are extremely comfortable. The house sits elevated overlooking a peaceful valley with large gardens There is no traffic noise and it is only a short walk down the bridle path into the town. This Farm House is a credit to Sharon & Jim and we thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Todlaw Farm House has been tastefully furnished and enjoys a beautiful rural location amidst the rolling countryside of the Scottish Borders.
With high-quality accommodation for six guests and a wealth of superb opportunities in the surrounding area, this is an excellent base for couples, friends and families alike to come together and escape from reality.
When you're not out venturing through the Northumberland National Park, or one of the many idyllic walking paths nearby, you will look forward to deservedly putting your feet up in the alluring sitting/dining room.
A classy dining table first greets you, with the rest of the room occupying a beautiful fireplace housing a woodburner, as well as plenty of cosy seating in full view of the Smart TV, a superb relaxing spot.
The spacious kitchen adopts a charming, country-cottage style as it comes lined with splendid wooden units and hosts a lovely breakfast table to enjoy the early hours at.
The first floor is decorated in an immaculate and sumptuous style, with three bedrooms; a king-size, a double and a twin, all benefiting from the convenience of their own en-suite facilities, all complete with an immaculate gleam.
Relish among this idyllic countryside location by taking a seat on the well-kept lawn and simply drinking in the picture-perfect views of the countryside that engulfs this fabulous holiday home.
Jedburgh is an excellent town to base your break, it offers a useful selection of shops and eateries along with an interesting local museum and a golf course.
Just over the border to England is the impressive Northumberland National Park and the Kielder Forest Park, both abounding in hard-to-beat scenery and a wealth of sublime opportunity.
Melrose, Kelso and Coldstream are among the attractive towns that rest in the surrounding area.
