On Thursday I had the greatest pleasure in carrying out a funeral for a son who had lost his dad in June that Lee was the Celebrant for him and they requested us again for his wonderful mum it has truly been a touching time but the perfect experience to give family a time to celebrate the loss but also the union of the couple that had passed way within a few months of each other we will never forget this family 🙏

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of carrying out a funeral for a lovely family for their mother. I am always very humbled to be part of this last chapter in someone’s life and to be there for the family during the preparation, the delivery and if they need someone to listen too in the future I am so very lucky .

We both would like to say that we are thinking of the Royal family today and of the entire country as we officially celebrate the life of our Beautiful Queen and lay her to rest beside her husband Prince Philip.Lisa had the privilege of being invited to a Garden Party in 2001 to celebrate a special event for The Chelsea Pensioners it was a very small garden party and She remembers very proudly of being in Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s company and Prince Phillip,she will never forget this moment in her life and has thought of this time through our period of The United Kingdoms morning and feels so deeply humbled to of been so lucky to have been invited. RIP ######

Good Afternoon everyone,I was very privileged yesterday to carry out a funeral in Portchester ,for a young lady who lost her Dad far too early in life for both of them. As a celebrant these situations make you reflect on your life and family and you realise how very lucky we are to be there for these people in their moments of need and to be able to hold their hand and tell them it’s ok to cry, and not to be brave. For me it’s so heart warming when you receive such a lovely kind message from someone who is so heartbroken I will treasure the message and always be humbled by my families who I Care for.

A lovely day yesterday celebrating Lee’s mum Doreen ‘s Birthday she visited us from the Isle of Wight as you can see a birthday cake was enjoyed with a pot of Fortnum & Mason Jubilee Tea so perfect she had a happy day xx

Lee carried out a beautiful service at the Oaks Havant for a really wonderful family and they have sent a very kind email . Lee and I feel honoured when we carry out a service and are part of truly helping the family at such a difficult time

Hi everyone Lee and I moved into our new home on Saturday we have been extremely busy home making. It feels good to have all our possession back out and being used you really forget what’s in bags and boxes . I have to say we now look forward to our busy work of celebrants and making wonderful memories for our clients with best wishes

On Wednesday 20th April I had the privilege of conducting a Service at Portchester Cremetorium for a lovely family as they had lost a Husband , Dad, grandad and the service was full of stories about this man that did bring smiles and chuckles . He loved motor bikes and all the memories shared by family were wonderful . I will be thinking of the family in the coming weeks and months hoping they are healing slowly . Caring Thoughts

Well today marked my first steps as a Celebrant, I had the pleasure of taking a service for a beautiful lady and her family . I felt truly honoured to create something to help the family deal with their grief and Celebrate the life of another. I will never forget that trepidation, however , after if feels wonderful I have chose to have a picture of my lady’s favourite flower to mark her day .

This morning we had the most amazing meeting with Denise from the Forever Together Funeral Care . She is an inspirational person who makes you feel that you matter. The insight for us as Celebrants was so very helpful and supportive in our new journey. The warmth and care is genuine and heartfelt we walked away with positivity and a smile that has lasted all day.Teresa Elliot needs a mention too, who greeted us this morning at the Drayton office with such a kind smile , we felt like old friends . Over the last few weeks whilst Lee & I have trained with Terri Shanks,from the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants, we both wanted to Thank her and marvellous team for their training and enabling us to be individual,creative,& confident to start our new career , and use our training & life experience.
