I'm truly thankful for the chance to contribute to such a fantastic cause. The Vsi Razom Community hub does incredible work to help Ukrainians settle into life in the UK, and being a part of it is an honor. 🤗❤️

Early Morning walk ♥︎
In spite of the fact that there is a lot of different ways of taking photos of flowers, it is amazing how much difference a sunny day makes to the quality of your photos! Sunny days bring out the beauty of flowers in a unique way, making them even more captivating to capture. Love how the sun shines on Louise's bridal bouquet.
The Rose
When I was a kid, I remember always drying the leaves and petals of the flowers in books or squash then making perfume with it. For instance, I would take a rose petal, press it between the pages of a book, and wait a few days until it was completely dry. Then I would put the petals into a jar and pour oil over them to make a simple flower perfume. I would put the jar in the sun and wait a few days until the petals had absorbed the oil. I would then remove the petals and strain the oil through cheesecloth before pouring it into a bottle. The resulting scent was always a delight to my nose!
There's no denying that this bridal bouquet has been getting plenty of attention.👀

Flowers for the Heavenly Gingerlily Event at on Wednesday
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder 🤍
Beauty in the eye of the beholder' has a literal meaning: that the perception of beauty is subjective - people can have differing opinions on what is beautiful.
Capturing the beauty and depth of my work is one thing I struggle with getting the right angle making sure that the image comes to life and doesn’t look flat. Photographers have an amazing eye and the ability to make their subjects and surroundings come to life!
I can literally take 20 shots at a time and not feel like i have captured the image I see in front of me
So taking photos and remembering that beauty is in the eye of the beholder is something I have been considering today.
I rarely use a filter on my photos as they can distort the colour of the flower but I always use the magic wand!

Waxing Crescent 🌙
Looking up at the night sky last night, I saw a beautiful moon and two stars.
It's been a while since I have listened to Self Care by the Moon. I was inspired to listen again after seeing the moon and stars last night. The waxing crescent phase of the Luna cycle is where you start to make s**t happen. Time to put a plan in place and work on your intentions.

The practice of planting by the moon is still widely practiced today and can be an excellent way to get the most out of your garden. Following lunar cycle guidelines. Traditionally, gardeners follow certain guidelines based on the lunar cycle to determine when to plant, fertilize, prune, and harvest their crops.

With the help of chicken wire and a low bowl, I was able to create this beautiful piece. I find there is real beauty to using chicken wire. You need to look at your flowers and discover which way the flower wants to fall in order to get the most out of it. I find it so relaxing. Having the chance to create something as beautiful as this and to see how long the flowers last is so amazing.
The flexibility of chicken wire allows you to bend it into any shape you desire. This way, you have the freedom to experiment and create something unique and beautiful. It also allows you to use whatever flowers you have on hand and really play around with the different shapes and textures. However, some argue that chicken wire is too flimsy and difficult to work with. They say that it's challenging to get the wire to stay in place, and that the flowers often fall out.
