"Tipi Hire Made Simple" - as we enter our 4th year in business we still stand by our moto to keep it simple! Our package is one price and includes all you need for a great day, night or both event. Here is what you get in our no hidden costs pricing:
✨The Tipis:
Either 1, 2 or 3 big hat tipis depending on the package you go for.
✨Flooring;
Woven carpet throughout the tipis to keep you warm, clean and dry whatever the weather.
✨Lighting
Fairy lights on all the upright poles and warm white up-lighters.
✨Rustic Furniture
Rustic wooden tables, benches and a selection of chairs to ensure comfort for young and old.
✨Dance Floor & Disco Ball
A parquet dance floor measuring 14x14ft and disco ball to get the party started.
✨Fire Pit
A hand-crafted bio-ethanol fire pit, a must for that smoke-free option.
✨Delivery
No extra cost for delivery within a 90min drive from our base.
✨Damage Waiver
Peace of mind that any accidental damage is covered under our insurance.

Keeping it simple with a single tipi for a smaller gathering.

This tipi was used for a private party who wanted to make the most of their garden but were worried the unpredictable UK weather might spoil their plans so they opted for a tipi to keep guest dry in the event of a downpour.

A single tipi seats 50 easily and more if you are after a more informal event.

The festoon lit walkway adds that extra sparkle as the night closes in.

A private hire of our 2 Tipi package saw this stunning set up in The Malverns. Set in the grounds of Elim International Centre the backdrop couldn't have been more beautiful.

The couple used one of our favourite caterers Rustic Roast Kitchen and they had a wonderful day that everyone will remember for a long time to come.

The Dhillon crew enjoyed partying late into the night under our canvas!

The Dhillon family had booked the stunning Hagley Hall in Stourbridge but wanted to surprise their guests on the night. No one had a clue that THE party would be under canvas until the night of the wedding.

The guests were blown away when it was revealed that the evening would be spent in the tipis 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

With their finishing touches and 150+ people going for it BIG TIME it was a party they will never forget (we have seen the videos and it looked epic!)

It has been a tough year for the couples wanting to get married and the wedding industry has took a beating BUT there is light at the end of the tunnel.

We now have clarity on the number of guests who can attend weddings and we are excited to get planning weddings for the rest of this year and into 2022!

We are going ahead on Sunday 13th as planned.

With the uncertainty right now we feel our Tipis are perfect for future weddings - we can flex numbers with little notice and can accommodate changes as they arise.

A tipi wedding is intimate yet spacious allowing you to have the perfect day whatever covid throws our way in coming years!!!

We are also more than happy to move your date should any local lockdowns happen at no extra cost. We would work with you to find an alternative date so you can feel secure in the knowledge that your wedding WILL go ahead at some point at no extra cost to you.

As our 'venue' is outside we are confident that during the open day we can easily abide by social distancing guidelines. All we ask of our wonderful couples coming to take a look at the space is that you come with only who is necessary and wear a face mask when inside the tipis.

Let's keep moving forward and get planning special days in the future.

We all need a bit of joy in our lives and your wedding is the perfect way to give the family something to look forward to.

We are delighted to announce that we will be displaying our Tipis on Sunday 13th September 2020 at Umberslade Adventure in Hockley Heath.

We know our tipis look amazing, we just love showing them off and there is no better way to see them in their full glory than at one of our open days.

Top Tipis have teamed up with Enchanting Woodland Weddings at Umberslade Adventure to hold an open day so you can really get a feel for what an amazing space a tipi can be and what a magical atmosphere it creates.

We will be showing 2 BIG HAT TIPIS with all the trimmings including fairy lights, rustic tables and chairs and firepit. There will also be some of the best local suppliers showcasing their food, flowers and more!

Come along for a look around or book a 30 minute 1-2-1 appointment.
