So happy that we’re still able to use such beautiful Welsh grown flowers in our work this late in the season. The weather has been kind with such a mild October the super talented flower farmer Lizzie was able to cut these delicious blooms for me yesterday.
A special bouquet full of Daliah’s, chrysanthemums, scented geranium leaves, phlox, grasses and a few snapdragons ❤️

Such a beautiful and highly personal floral tribute for the Late Queen. So moving that this was created using seasonal flowers from Her and King Charles gardens. Myrtle grown from a cutting of a the sprig in her wedding bouquet and Rosemary for remembrance.

“The flowers in the Queen's funeral wreath featured scented pelargoniums, garden roses, autumnal hydrangea, sedum, dahlias and scabious, all in shades of gold, pink and deep burgundy, with touches of white, to reflect the colours in the Royal Standard flag on which it sat.

King Charles is well known for his commitment to the environment and, at his request, the wreath was made in a sustainable way - without the use of floral foam - instead in a nest of English moss and oak branches.”

Four weeks today ❤️ the countdown is on ❤️
So excited to be creating floral fabulousness in this lovely venue Plas y Rhosyn for Rhiannon and Ian four weeks today ❤️
Plans finalised when we met up at the venue last week ........ it’s certainly not going to be a conventional wedding.
Absolutely love working with brides with fun and quirky ideas.
Rhiannon and her mum Cheryl have been hands on making so many things themselves. (I’ve not met Ian the groom yet 🤣 but that’s normal).
It’s going to be a very special day for so many reasons.

Creating Funeral Tributes is such a privilege for us. Helping a family by making exactly what they asked for to give their loved one as a final gift can give some comfort as such a hard time.
When they then take the time to leave a review it’s truly humbling.
So grateful for this these words left for us today.

Replies to e mails were prompt and there was a much appreciated phone call from Deenna. Such a lovely lady. I also received a text on the morning of the funeral to let me know the floral tribute had been delivered to the funeral home. I love that they specialise in eco-floristry and have no doubt I will order more of their gorgeous flowers in the future”.

Another wonderful project to share ❤️ Really excited to pool our talents with an amazing florist and flower farmer to create some stunning arrangements for a wedding yesterday.
The lovely Roxanne of the The Ledbury Flower Farmer grows the most beautiful selection of seasonal blooms on her farm in Ledbury.
The garden roses were exquisite with the most delicious scent. The quality of all her flowers was exceptional which made it so easy to create some beautiful table arrangements, button holes and wrist corsages.
The brides bouquet looked like she had walked through a meadow picking flowers as she went. It was exactly what Cora wanted.
Her and Dan (her now husband) were over the moon.
They had travelled down from London to get married in the beautiful Homme House in Gloucester with their friends and family.
We prepared everything in the barn, shared tips and ideas, laughed and drank loads of tea washed down with homemade scones 😋
The best days are the ones you spend with other like minded women, being creative and supporting each other.

We love tulips especially if they are British Grown.
Here’s a Top Tip if your looking for longest vase life for tulips -
🌷Correct Purchasing🌷
You’ll know they are fresh if the actual flower heads are shorter than the leaves. That means they haven’t begun to grow.
Don’t buy old tulips!

All outstanding orders will be available for collection or delivery no later than Tuesday the 14th December.
If you would like us to create something for you and are still thinking of getting in touch, our order book closes on Tuesday the 6th December at 10pm.
I’m potentially going into hospital on the 16th December and wouldn’t want to let anyone down last minute.

To celebrate our first Christmas in business we have gone all out with our festive wreath designs.

The flower fairy AKA me 😜 made a trip over to the fab Penycae Inn to do a little flower refresh.
They still have some availability in the run up to Christmas but fully booked on Christmas Day. 🎅🏻
