• Truffle Hummus salad ,with dry cherry tomatoes,spring onions, sweet corn and pardon peppers and paprika.
Main Courses
• Roast whole sea bass with tomato and red onion and parsley salsa.
• Fillet of Hake with plantain yoke ,green sauce.
• Brest of Guinea fowl , Gratian yam and carrots, purée of spinach Lemon grass sauce.
• Talks Ventures gluten free smoked fish cakes served with poached duck eggs and black garlic mayonnaise.
• Roasted Duck breast with sweet potato .green leaves stew.
Desert
• Chocolate mousse, mango jelly and pine nuts.
• Rice pudding, pearls and coconut candid.
• Cheese cakes, fruit berries, strawberries sauce .
• Fruits salad with chanterelle cream

The price for food is £55 per person.
