Flower Girls, Flower Boys & Page Boys: Adorable additions to your big day! 🌸👦👧

Not everyone chooses to have them, but if you have young children in your family or wedding party, it's such a wonderful way to get them involved and create some truly heartwarming moments.

I couldn’t resist sharing these adorable snaps of my own two as flower girl and page boy at a friend’s summer wedding! Their excitement (and sometimes, comical antics!) always adds so much joy to the ceremony.

The Groom's A-Team: Groomsmen/Grooms-women 🤵‍♂️

These are the groom's trusted counterparts to the bridesmaids, and yes, Grooms-women are absolutely welcome!

Their collective role is to pitch in wherever needed, working as a team to ensure the groom is calm, dapper, and prepped for the aisle. Think of them as the support squad handling logistics, keeping the vibe relaxed, and ensuring he focuses on the excitement, not the stress.

Your Bridal Party, Your Rules! ✨ (Bridesmaids / Brides-Men / Flower-Dude!)

Gone are the days when tradition dictated your bridal party line-up! Your closest friends and family are there to support YOU, and that's all that truly matters.

These amazing people help the Maid of Honour (especially with that hen party!) and bring so much joy to the journey. And YES, it is 100% fantastic to have a man as part of your bridal party!

(Fun fact: Bridesmaids were once meant to confuse evil spirits! Today's role is thankfully much more fun and spirit-free!)

We adored Mrs F.'s and Mrs P.'s choice to include Brides-Men. And who could resist a giggle at Mr & Mrs P.'s awesome Flower-Dude, scattering petals with gusto after the "I do's!"

The Best Man/Woman: Your Groom's Right-Hand Person! 🤵‍♀️🤵‍♂️

They're much more than a title—they're the groom's rock throughout the planning process and on the big day. They’re the brother, sister, or best friend chosen to stand by his side.

Their duties are crucial: from ensuring the suits fit perfectly and planning the epic stag party, to the high-stakes job of looking after the rings (choose wisely!).

But perhaps their biggest role? Keeping the groom calm and making sure he shows up on time, looking his best! And, of course, delivering that famously embarrassing-yet-loving reception speech. 😉

Mr H. understood the assignment, keeping Mr L. totally relaxed on the morning of his wedding!

Choosing your Maid of Honour is a big decision because their job is a big deal! They offer the essential emotional and practical help that ensures the bride stays stress-free and focuses on the joy of the day.

Remember to choose wisely—you need a reliable partner-in-crime!
