We're not mentioning the 'C' word... but we are now looking for events in Nov & Dec.

Our big pan tartiflette delivers big flavours and is an ideal winter warmer. Potatoes cooked with bacon, or mushrooms for vegetarian option, onions, garlic, white wine, herbs, cream, creme fraiche, and lots of cheese.

A proper hearty dish from the Alps made to keep you warm, full and satisfied.

Looks as though the weather we all ordered for the Bank Holiday Weekend has finally arrived ☀️
We'll be serving up our big flavour, big pan paella from 4.00 today at Beeston Regis Holiday Park 🥘
Find us just inside the main gate outside the warden's office. Just park up outside and walk through the pedestrian entrance.

Visitors to this year's Festival will be treated to a selection of scrumptious world street food. Two of the new traders joining us this year are Pura Vida Pans with their delicious paella and Veg Tubby with their vegetarian and vegan dishes. With stalls selling fare from New Delhi and Turkey, pizza, rare breed burgers and jumbo hot dogs, there should be something to appeal to all tastes.

Duncan and his pans will be by the wardens caravan, late afternoon on Sunday, setting up for dinner service.

Today marks Pura Vida Pans official 'First Cook' 1st birthday 🎂

We've had an amazing 12 months with lots of cooking.
However, without the love, help, and support from friends, family, and our wonderful customers, we couldn't have succeeded. Our grateful thanks go out to each and every one 🙏

Working within agriculture gives me a wonderful insight into the efforts and energies that it takes farmers to grow and produce food for our tables and bellies.
Whilst I use authentic ingredients wherever needed, I chose to use British produce wherever I can in all my dishes.
