WE ARE HIRING!- DRIVERS, ASSISTANTS & EVENT STAFF WANTED!

The Bounce Department are excited to announce we are on the lookout for Delivery Drivers, Delivery Assistants and Event Staff to join our incredible team.

Working for The Bounce Department is both fun and rewarding but can involve long hours and lots of manual labour especially in the peak season when we get very busy!

You will be tasked with delivering our Inflatables, Tents, Hot Tubs, Cinemas and Event Equipment across the South of England for many Parties and Events.

We also need Set up Staff with a more creative flare for our Bubble Tents, Part Tents, Glamping Tents which often require decorative set ups, Balloon Arches etc.

Mostly our work is on Saturdays and Sundays although we have work available most days during the peak season which is from April to September.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
1. We are only after friendly and reliable Staff. People who are great with customers are a must and reliability is key as we are dealing with Children's Parties and Events so being unreliable is never an option.

2. A positive, can do attitude is also important as days can be long, traffic can be bad and weather can be poor and we deal with it all at times. Thankfully most of the time it is a good day of making peoples parties come to life!

3. DRIVERS: The ideal Driving Candidate must be 25 and over with less than 6 points to get insured on our Vans. Rates range from £12-£15 per hour.

4. Experience driving a LWB Van is great although training will be given.

5. ASSISTANTS: Assistants must be 14 years old and over. Rates are £1-£2 above minimum wage. Those that are afraid of manual labour need not apply.

6. EVENT STAFF: Our Event Staff must be GREAT with Customers with a fun and friendly personality. Rates are to be confirmed for this well paid role.
