Recently we had the pleasure of taking a group of ladies to Balfour Winery in Staplehurst.

Balfour Winery "is one of England's leading wine producers making over 400,000 bottles of still and sparkling wines each year".

Our clients very much enjoyed their time at the winery and were of course able to enjoy sampling the products, safe in the knowledge that we were there to get them home safely.

They were kind enough to send us the photos below from their visit.

As you know, providing a high level of customer service is one of our most important goals. However yesterday took it to a whole new level when lead Chauffeur Gary was waiting for clients by the ATM in the North Terminal at London Gatwick airport!

During his 20 minutes of waiting patiently, he was asked:

1 how do I get out

2 is this the south terminal

3 how do I get to the north terminal

4 where do I pay for the parking

5 can you get me an Uber (lol)

6 where shall I meet my daughter?

7 where is the train station

8 how do I get to London

9 do you work here?

10 Excuse me sir. How do I get out ?

11 Standing by cash machine, it says clearly ATM - two ladies ask if they can get a travel ticket from the machine ......

Yes all for real and all in just 20 minutes !

And of course Gary answered all of these questions with a smile on his face 😀

GLOBAL IT OUTAGE AFFECTING TRAVEL (amongst many other services)

Whilst this "issue" has reported to be resolved, the problems that it caused are still reeking havoc and it is said they will be felt for some time.

We advise you to check travel arrangements with your provider if you are traveling today or even tomorrow.

A mass IT outage has caused chaos around the world, with major airlines among the victims.
