HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY // A whole year has passed since the coolest couple ever got married 🤍

Such a memorable and fun day in London with these two and their guests. We had to action plan Bs for rain, taxis going to the wrong places and very slow lifts up skyscrapers BUT none if it mattered as we made it work and it really was the best day for them and their guests!

It was so clear from the moment I met A&C just how perfect they were for each other and their love was just so incredibly special, it was heartwarming watching them get married!

DRY HIRE VENUES // Why we love them! 🤩

We specialise in marquee and dry hire venues as we LOVE nothing more than transforming a blank canvas into something completely bespoke to that couple ✨️

For L&D's wedding the venue was already gorgeous but this mezzanine area was calling to me to create something magical and a real focal point for the evening party 🤩

Working with the amazing we were able to design a hanging floral installation and it had such a huge impact! Watching everyone walking in and saying WOW was really something special and what every couple wants for their wedding day right?! 🙌

LOVE STORIES IN LONDON // A&C had two different venues for their wedding and to get from one to the other they got to enjoy strolling the streets of London 🤍

What a unique experience to get to explore a town you love and have thay captured on camera 📷

I'd definitely recommend taking a moment in your day to get out of your wedding bubble and have some pictures taken away from your venue. It gives you such special time with each other and you can reflect on what a special day its been so far! It's also quite fun being beeped and congratulated by strangers 🤪

A Colour Palette Of Dreams For R&Ls Wedding Day At The Gardens 🧡

What a refreshing, gorgeous & impactful colour palette this was! I had the pleasure of working with Becca & Lew on their Wedding Design & Styling and they also then booked me for my Final Countdown Service to help them in the lead up and on the wedding day so they didn't have to worry about a thing! 🤩

Their wedding was so personal to them, both totally crossfit obsessed so ofcourse we had to personalise their wedding menus to reflect that & their table names were all crossfit workouts! Becca was obsessed with disco balls so we transformed the evening with disco balls galore! 🏋‍♀️

The Gardens in Kent is a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue where Becca & Lew were lucky enough to have their ceremony & drinks reception amongst the stunning gardens. They then moved into the tipi for their dinner & finished in the ajoining barn for the party! Having a different location for each section of the day really helped everything flow seamlessly! 👌

A little Valentines Surprise from me to you 💝 Read the caption for more 👀

It isn't Valentines Day if you don't post your prettiest pink tablescape right?!

This gorgeous wedding was in the beautiful Santorini and it was dreamy.. a fairy light canopy, views to die for & pretty in pink, boho inspired Tableware 🩷

With lots of newly engaged and engaged couples at the moment I thought I'd do a cheeky Giveaway..

Top Tip Tuesday // TOP TABLES

Always a very political and difficult decision for couples to make so I wanted to give you a few alternative options away from traditional!

Lots of my couples in 2023 opted to not have a top table and instead sit amongst all of their friends and family in the middle. All that meant was for speeches the speakers would go to the front of the room to do their speech so everyone was still able to see then. This can be a very easy, no stress option as you aren't having to worry about any family or friend politics however you won't be getting those specific shots of your reactions to speeches as easily as if you were to have a top table.

Another popular option is a sweetheart table. A table for just the two of you! This is a great way to still be able to look out onto all of your guests and really take in that moment and get to spend time catching up with your new Husband/Wife! You still get to have the pretty backdrop of flowers or whatever you choose behind you and get some great shots from speech reactions!

A third option is to have a top table but just for Bridal Party so that could be Best Man, Maid of Honour and partners with all of your immediate family on tables close by! This guarantees you're going to have a great time and start building the energy before your party!

By booking TWB you'll be guaranteed to have a completely original and impactful table design. There's nothing standard about what we do! We will never have white table cloths, creases in the linen, white napkins or anything that resembles standard. Every plate, glass, chair, menu & more will be placed to perfection so your tables will be a real WOW moment for both you and your guests✨️

All of these images are just some of the tables we have designed & styled ourselves this year. We source every aspect & often collect and set up the items ourselves to save you from paying additional delivery and set up costs. We work with your florists closely to ensure the flowers marry with your tableware so everything comes together beautifully! 🤩

HELLO 2024 // Happy New Year All ✨️ We are very excited to be back & even more excited for our couples getting married this year - This is YOUR year 🍾

At TWB we've got a very exciting year ahead with so many gorgeous weddings to look forward to!

We will be spending the next few months really getting stuck in to planning for our 2024 & 2025 Full and Partial Planning couples. From sourcing suppliers to sorting logistics to creating design moodboards and getting those wedding day timelines to perfection 🤩 (& much more!)

We want everything to be as prepared as it possibly can be before the wedding season hits so our couples feel super relaxed and we can focus our attention on our upcoming weddings! 🥰

Here's a new year goal for all couples getting married in 2024 - shut out the noise, focus on you two and what you truly want for your wedding day! Try not to get swayed by your friends friend who's said you shouldn't do something or your aunt who thinks she knows best! Make sure you have YOUR wedding YOUR way and that's all that will matter ❤️

The wedding tables for us are at the heart of your wedding decor and styling and can be a chance for you to create something truly magical and special to you both and for your guests ❤️

A FLORAL DREAM // L&Ds brief for their wedding design was to have a colour palette inspired by the Negroni poster colours, informal floral arrangements, Mediterranean vibes & most importantly IMPACT!

This brief was a dream to work with, it got my creative brain flowing and I couldn't have chosen anyone better than Caroline at to make my vision happen!

The hanging flower stems in the mezzanine area was really a highlight! It was totally stunning and so unique. Watching L&D have their first dance under it and guests admiring it whilst throwing shapes was incredible to see!

Top Tip Tuesday // CAKE CUTTING

Firstly, if it's not your thing don't feel like you have to do one. You can just have your beautiful cake on display, get lots of lovely photos of it and then simple get the caterers to remove it and cut it up at a suitable time! 🙌

If you're keen to do a cake cutting then make sure its displayed close to the dance floor and do it just before your first dance! 🍾

It's a great way to gather the crowd after they've had a bit of a break to get drinks after dinner. You only then have to gather them once as well as you will cut the cake and then go straight to the dance floor to flow seamlessly into your first dance! 🤩

Trust me it works really well and avoids gathering guests (never an easy thing to do) several times! 🥳

Top Tip Tuesday // BRIDE & GROOM ENTRANCE

✨️Speak to your photographer and videographer about the route you should take through the room so they get to take the best shots of you!

✨️SO IMPORTANT! The Groom should take the lead. This means he can navigate you through the crowd and most importantly not be stumbling all over your dress!

✨️Have your best hype man/woman announce you in followed by a banging up beat song to get everyone waving those napkins and bigging you up!

✨️Tell your hype man/woman how you want to be introduced ie with new surnames, with first names, just bride and groom etc!

✨️Remember the cue for everyone to sit down after your entrance is you both sitting. So if you want to keep everyone up dancing then you need to do the same or if you're standing and wondering why everyone is still standing waiting then you need to sit or tell guests to sit!

It's SUCH a fun moment in a wedding day and really sets the tone for the party later so GO BIG & ENJOY IT! 🤩

Top Tip Tuesday 🙌 Spread out your planning, you don't need to do it all at once!

Yes, when you get engaged you should book your suppliers as soon as you can! 🤩

BUT that doesn't mean you should also try and decide on styling, make favours, do the seating plan etc etc right at the start! 🙏

You're likely to be planning your wedding anywhere between 2 years to a year so if you do everything at the start you will feel a real l*l in planning! 🫠

So many couples come to me feeling a little lost during this period and end up questioning the decisions they've made because they've just had too much time to scroll through insta and get confused! They end up going over budget adding things they don't need because they HAVE to be researching something or feel they MUST be planning! 🫣

So PLAN for this l*l because it always comes. Once you've booked your suppliers put something in each month you can work on to keep you busy! This is a great time to look at your seating plan, doing any DIY, deciding on styling, buying bridal party gifts etc - all things that get left way too last minute and can stress you out! 🥴

You'll feel a great sense of achievement slowly ticking each thing off and be really prepared for the final stages of your planning when it all can get a little busy with logistics and final details! 🤗

Hello 👋 It's been a whole wedding season so I thought it was about time I popped my face on the grid!

My name is Ana and I'm the creator, head planner & stylist at The Wedding Bee! 🙋‍♀️

The dream Santorini wedding for J&S 🤍

These are only the sneak peaks from and they've all blown me away! 👏

An intimate 40 guest wedding we planned from start to finish in the beautiful Santorini and it was such a joy. This was extra special for me as I was planning for one of my best friends 🥰

The wedding itinerary was packed full! ⬇️

✨️An arrival drinks and rehearsal dinner watching the sunset at on the Friday

✨️Their beautiful wedding on the Saturday featuring a champagne tower, Sax player, personalised letters to guests, cocktails, floor fireworks & more!

✨️An all white pool party on the Sunday complete with a glitter station and Sax player

A weekend wedding is the way to do it! You have so many opportunities to catch up with all of your favourite people in the world and your guests get a chance to get to know each other so on the wedding day there's no getting to know each other.. it's all PARTYY 🕺

PURE MAGIC // A wedding that was and still is so special to me ✨️ I was honoured to be asked by one of my best friends to plan her beautiful Santorini wedding with her and it was an absolute dream! With a smaller guest number of 30 we were able to incorporate so many personal touches which made their wedding so unique! One of my favourite elements was a wall of colourful envelopes we created with each guests name in calligraphy and a personal letter inside written by the Bride & Groom 🤩 Sunsets are one of their favourite things so we timed the wedding to perfection to allow for couple shots during golden hour and for the whole wedding party to enjoy the sunset while they dined. We added a fairy light canopy above the table which felt movie like as the sun went down and the sky sparkled! I loved getting to work with so many new suppliers in Santorini as well as a few of my constants that flew all the way from the UK to be there! Take this as your reminder that the team of suppliers really is so important in making your wedding day everything you've dreamed of and more! When you surprise your guests with The Function Band for your wedding & its one massive party from start to finish 🕺🪩🎸🎵 K&R couldn't be more excited to see the band play for their wedding day and to say they were blown away along with all of their guests is an understatement! The entertainment was just unmatched, I've never seen anything like it! The marquee was popping from the moment guests were greeted with the band when they walked in, all through dinner everyone was up throwing their best shapes, jumping on the podiums, singing until their voices broke it was so incredible to see. I thought the guests may have peaked too early dancing so early but OH NOOO TFB kept everyone going with the dance floor full the entire night. This will definitely be a wedding being talked about for years to come! Everyone had the best time & it was so lovely to see!
