Last weekend was a very busy one. Friday night was an engagement party, which was brilliant, st the end of the night I was booked to Dj at their upcoming wedding, based on how much fun they had at their engagement party. Being a Wedding Host and DJ gives me the privilege of being there on some of the most important days of you and your friends and family's lives.

It never escapes me how important my job is, and how what I do will impact the event!

I have been a DJ for over 20 years, and I love every part of it, the initial enquiry, the meetings, building long lasting relationships with clients, but most of all, the event itself, whether it be the highly anticipated first dance, or that 18th birthday party that the host has been counting down the days for months, the dancefloor full of happy people singing, dancing, and being lost in that moment.

PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL YOUR WEDDING DATE.

Please allow your VENUE to cancel in accordance with government advice. In this way you will be covered for the full payments for all of your wedding expenditures.

I appreciate this sounds counter intuitive right now. But where venues have cancelled (due to planned closure) this has been the case.

(If you receive a full payment for your wedding day, may I ask that you think about the suppliers who were available for your day, and would be available for a second date as a consequence of postponement... 90% of us are sole traders or very small businesses).
