We are delighted to announce that we are managing the food concessions for The Tall Ships Races Aberdeen 2025.

The Tall Ships Races is the largest free family event in Europe and returns to Aberdeen after 28 years, expecting to draw 400,000 visitors and more than 50 Tall Ships from across the globe from 18 - 22 July 2025. The event will take place across Regent Quay, Top Dock, and Blaikie’s Quay of the North Harbour of Port of Aberdeen.

Throughout the festival, visitors can board the magnificent Tall Ships and enjoy free family entertainment. The stage programme will include a diverse mix of local and Scottish talent, from sea shanties and choirs to street performers, maritime-themed exhibitions, artists, crew and navy bands, and visiting headline acts.

We are looking for High Volume, Street Food and Artisan traders local to the Northeast of Scotland Aberdeenshire that have a varied menu serving high quality produce. There are limited pitches available at the event, and we will be reviewing all applications in detail. D&J Catering are pleased to announce that we will be working with the BBC to provide the catering at this year’s BBC Radio 2 In The Park.

We will be heading to Preston in September and are on the lookout for local food traders, requiring a variety of High-Volume Outlets, Streetfood, Barista Coffee, and Artisan units.

Ideally, we are looking for traders who have a 4* or above council rating and who source local produce where possible. We require Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Kosher and Halal options for this prestigious event. Our preference would be traders that are based in Preston and the surrounding areas.

In addition to food traders, we will also require non-food traders to apply for this event. This includes clothing, jewellery, and anything in-between that suit the aesthetic of this event.

The application process will only be open for six weeks, closing date will be, Wednesday 5th June- 10am. No applications will be accepted after this deadline.

Location – Moor Park, Preston

Dates 7th-8th – September 2024

Autumn Lights the largest touring Fireworks Fiesta with two amazing firework displays to music from around the world. The family orientated event includes stage entertainment from Phats and Small, Huge Party Band and award winning DJ and compère Ryan Swain.
