✨ From Vegas to timeless elegance ✨

When Aiden & Maddy first reached out, they told us…
“We’re getting married in Vegas, but we’re having a black-tie celebration when we get back. We want something timeless, classic, and beautiful.”

From that first spark, we created a design that mirrored their story. Black and white sophistication with just a hint of passion. A single red rose carried through from their Vegas ceremony became our inspiration, reimagined through delicate red accents in the florals and bud vases.

Black high-rise stands dressed in romantic blooms. Flickering candlelight. Elegant black bows and soft touches of red weaving through the design. A space that felt both refined and deeply personal.

A perfect blend of modern luxury and meaning. Their love story, told in every detail 🌹🤍

It’s finally time I properly introduced myself… the face behind Dusk ‘til Dawn Details ✨

I’m Charlotte, Creative Director, Stylist, and (as many of my couples will tell you) the calm in your wedding planning storm.

Dusk ‘til Dawn Details began in 2021 with intimate events like luxe picnics, but in 2022 I styled a last-minute wedding for a friend of a friend whose abroad plans had fallen through. From that moment, I knew I’d found my purpose. Helping people celebrate the most important day of their lives with the people they love.

Even though I’ve worked in weddings for years, one fact about me is this: I still cry at every single one. Whether it’s vows, speeches, or even a wedding TikTok, I’m gone 🥹. I just love watching people come together to celebrate their love.

✨ My favourite part of styling a wedding day?
Seeing everything come together for my couples’ love story and if I get the chance to do a room reveal, watching their reaction is always unforgettable.

✨ Outside of weddings?
I’m a massive foodie (you’ll always find me at the buffet table). I trained professionally as a dancer and in performing arts, I love Pilates, and my friends know my go-to song is Young Hearts Run Free. I always get a FaceTime every time it comes on when they’re out 🪩

At heart, I’m a creative and a nostalgic soul. That combination is what fuels everything I do: blending artistry and emotion into celebrations that feel elevated, personal, and unforgettable.

From Pinterest board to reality ✨

Jayne & Mark’s vision for their wedding at Badgers Mount was all about blending the beauty of the outdoors with the elegance of a timeless celebration.

They fell in love with the venue’s scenic green backdrop, so we let it inspire the entire styling direction. A soft sage green palette, accented with gold details set the tone, perfectly complementing the rolling views beyond the windows.

For the wedding breakfast, we wanted the design to feel like a natural extension of the landscape. Think: layers of fresh greenery, textured florals, and carefully chosen decor pieces that created that indoor–outdoor flow. Rustic textures softened the space, while polished gold accents brought a sense of modern refinement.

This is what we love most about wedding styling. Translating your ideas into something that feels not only beautiful, but also perfectly you. Jayne & Mark’s day was a seamless meeting of rustic charm and modern elegance, grounded in the venue’s own personality.

A fresh, modern take on romance 🤍

We adore creating intimate wedding tablescapes like this. A visual "table runner" made from layered elements that feel cohesive yet effortlessly romantic.

For this neutral design, we paired ivory roses and pampas bud vases with a variety of candles at different heights, delicate ribbons to tie in the candles and stationery, and gold beaded glass charger plates to elevate every place setting.

This style of centrepiece runner adds depth, warmth, and a sense of abundance without overwhelming the table. It’s a design approach that feels modern yet timeless, creating that unforgettable “wow” moment as your guests sit down to dine.

We are absolutely in love with this minimal, chic styling. Sometimes less really is more, especially when your venue is as naturally beautiful as this one. Think fresh, romantic florals, glowing floating candles, and soft chiffon drapes that create an effortlessly elegant atmosphere ✨

It was a pleasure to style this beautifully considered setting for The Meadow Barn at Stratford Park recent Open Day 🤍

A softly draped aisle adorned with flowing ivory sashes, a flicker of candlelight, and subtle pampas textures to add warmth and depth.

Our statement hex frame created the perfect focal point to frame the vows, styled with matching neutral florals to echo the calm, romantic palette.

Because the moment you say “I do” deserves a space that feels just as timeless as the words you’re about to speak.
