Career Chefs' Required !!!

I am currently looking to assemble a team of chefs for a high profile opening in Glasgows West End.

This is unbelievable opportunity for the right team with everything made from scratch, the best produce availability and the chance to actually have a life outwith the kitchen. The kitchen will be kitted out accordingly and there will be the correct staffing and support to allow the best possible environment for success under a time served and well respected operator who really looks after his teams.

-Head - 28k (neg) & easily achieveable and substantial bonus.

- This post would suit a Head Chef looking to make a bold move and invest in their future, I personally see it as a great first appointment for a solid Sous looking to branch out on his own and really make a name for themselves, with that being said a solid, proven operator will flourish here. I want young chefs taught with passion and integrity and this will be the key driver in the business.

-Sous chef - (salary neg)

- It's much the same as the Head Chef but until we appoint a leader and discuss staffing arrangements I won't be posting a salary. I need someone who will be a stalwart of the kitchen and have enough character to lead a team on a busy weekend as I don't want my Head Chef working all hours God(s) sends. The owner has intimated that he will be looking to other openings in the next few years so I need someone that wants to make a statement here.

We’re back! 🌟
We have been off the radar due to our Head Chef being super busy, working away on a major TV show set. Whilst he’s been catering for all the crew, we’ve been busy planning & preparing for what we do best. With covid restrictions lifting soon, that means we can start to offer our services to their full potential.

We throughly enjoyed making these to help make their day special despite the lockdown circumstances.
We came up with an idea together on doing dinner over a zoom call, so they could enjoy it with those who mean most 🤍
