This is what being an Independent Celebrant is all about! Combining the different cultures and traditions of my gorgeous couple into one perfectly personal Wedding Ceremony. ❤️👰‍♂️🤵❤️

And, Oh, what an atmosphere...once this beautiful ceremony room was filled with friends and family and filled with love and laughter!

The best day ever with my gorgeous couple having a BIG BASH to renew their wedding vows after 30 years together. As you can see I always carefully choose my outfit...and how lovely to be matching the curtains!! 🥰🤩🌸🌳

We had a walk-through of the ceremony the day before and we had a giggle as I also helped them decorate the tables for the Afternoon Tea Reception with little bottles of their homemade kir (made with blackberries picked by their grandkids) and also the drink in the Loving Cup to bless their marriage. 🍷

Great fun after the ceremony with Adam - The Cartoon Loon, wowing everyone with his excellent caricatures...love the one he did of me! And sitting with the Bride's super friendly work colleagues, I met the amazingly talented Sian - aka The Foam Witch who made the wedding sign and makes the most brilliant costumes...out of foam! 😁❤️

All you need is LOVE! 💕

The message for today is all about CELEBRANTS empowering families, when they're preparing a farewell ceremony for their loved one, with choice and creativity! 🥰

A celebrant-led ceremony that reflects the essence of your loved one, that can make you laugh and cry and celebrate their life, their values, their quirky habits and silly sayings, can all help to comfort you and your family. 🎶✒️🌸🌳

The one certainty in life...is death.
The great unknown in life...is grief.

Navigating grief, after the death of a loved one, is so unpredictable and unique to everyone. One thing I have learnt from being a Funeral Celebrant for over 3 years, and connecting with so many families, is that GRIEF IS LOVE! ❤️

It's difficult for people to explain how they're feeling when they're grieving, so I hope my poem helps in some small way.

Loving life with Clover the Husky and missing Sheppie Doodle, I found this perfect poem to make you smile on a Monday!

They have both taught me how to live in the moment and to just be me! Our perfect pooches love us unconditionally and bring us so much joy.

I love it when couples and families include their dogs in their ceremonies.

Just 7 WEEKS to go to a fabulous big bash for a VOW RENEWAL CEREMONY for my lovely couple, who live just round the corner from me in Northwich. Super celebrations for their 30th year of marriage! 👰‍♂️🤵❤️

We went for a look around their gorgeous venue at ABBEYWOOD ESTATE (), in Delamere, with it's cosy ceremony room and stunning gardens. There is such a warm and welcoming feeling about this place...and with the lovely people who work there too. 🥰🌳⚘️🌺

It's going to be such a fun and special day! 😁

Popped along for a visit, for a fabulous wedding ceremony I am booked to create, write and officiate in August 2025. I will always recce a venue and meet the Wedding Team, well in advance, if I've not performed a ceremony there before. And we'll have a walk-through of your ceremony a few days before your BIG DAY! 📸✒️🤩

Peckforton Castle is a stunning and breathtaking Wedding Venue, with 48 luxury rooms for your guests to stay in! 🥰🛏🛋🥂

And their Bull Mastiff dog will be part of the ceremony! Woof! Woof!

What a super special Indian Summer Wedding Ceremony outdoors in the gorgeous garden of my lovely couple. 🧡

Entering with their pooch, Ellie, 🐕 to the epic ABBA love song "I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do", I told their Love Story with all the storms and sunshine of their lives after meeting 5 years ago. As well as the exchanging of their beautiful Vows and Rings, they exchanged Floral Garlands (jai mala) the Indian wedding tradition symbolising their love and respect for each other. 🌸🌺🌸

With another Indian wedding tradition of the "Tying of the Sacred Knot", I tied together their dupattas (wedding scarves) as their bond of true love together forever and to symbolise their love and friendship. 🥰

It was a delight for me to wear a stunning pink saree to officiate their Wedding Ceremony, reflecting their beliefs and values...and the chaps looked so amazing in their wonderful traditional Indian outfits!

And after waiting patiently for the rain and clouds to pass, we had SUNSHINE for their Ceremony! HURRAY! 🌞

I love outdoor ceremonies...even in February! 💕💕

What a wonderful Wedding Blessing Ceremony for my lovely couple, Helen and Dave, on their favourite beach in North Wales surrounded by family and friends in a Circle of Love on the sand. 🥰🥰

They renewed their Wedding Vows, holding their special heart-shaped pebble...their beautiful Love Stone, re-dedicated their Wedding Rings and drank Havana Club Spiced Rum from the Loving Cup! 💍💕

We embraced the elements of nature and they were so kind to us on the day...with my specially written Wedding Blessing and Helen's favourite song. 🌞🌬⛱🌊🎵🎶
