Diana has lived and worked in Ealing for over 30 years and asked us to post this on behalf of her lifelong friend. These young men are attempting an enormous challenge in aid of a very worthwhile cause that deserves the widest support possible. They are attempting to row 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean in the World’s Toughest Row. Their boat is named Stephen in memory of Rob’s Dad who received tremendous help from Macmillan nurses. Rob and his mates have been planning and training hard for this for 2+ years. I want to help them raise this money that will be specifically targeted at financing MacMillan nurses who provide such caring support to so many cancer patients and their families. Thank you, Diana

🎉 Cole family street party for Meadow House

Long time supporters of the hospice, the Cole family are pulling out all the stops to throw a street party to remember, and all proceeds will go to Meadow House Hospice.

Last year the family turned their home into a haunted house for Halloween, and a magical grotto at Christmas, to raise money to our hospice.

Dad, Jason, said: The hospice was there for my mum, and this is our way of saying thank you.”

Guest appearances from Elvis and Ed Sheeran tributes are sure to entertain, and children will love the magic show, splat the parent, a limbo contest and much more.

So, grab the family, slap on the sun screen and head down to Kempton avenue, Northolt on 10 August from 1pm.🎉

Last night we visited .club located at 71 New Broadway, Ealing for some Chinese food. We were seriously impressed by the quality of the food, the extent of the menu and the service. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening and would highly recommend if you’re W5 located and craving a decent Chinese.
They are also open today, Easter Sunday 👉

We tried out the new Thai this evening on
Their extensive and eclectic menu is quite inspiring and the quality even more so.
We enjoyed Coconut Batter Chicken Wings, Thai Fish Cakes, Chor Muang Dumplings, Chicken Prawn Toasts and a Chicken Pad Thai. It was all absolutely delicious and delivered with a smile.

The potential candidate must ideally be fully trained in all aspects of butchering, cutting and displaying meat to a high standard. Have a genuine enthusiasm for meat and food, with a good command of the English language. They should be hardworking, self-motivated, reliable and well presented, plus have a friendly and approachable manner towards customer service.
Training in the ancient art of butchery may also be offered for those with less experience but the right work ethic and positive attitude. Hours and pay will be negotiable for the right person depending on experience. The ideal candidate should send their CV to us at [email protected].
