A Leap Year Wedding today! What a pleasure to be asked to conduct the wedding ceremony for Rosanna and Stuart. All booked and arranged in 4 days! Yes, I was asked in a text on Saturday night and thought it was a joke. It was confirmed on Sunday when I met with them and its been full steam ahead since then! Talk about last minute! But all went wonderfully, it was fun working with Rosanna and Stuart 💕

I am so pleased and feeling extremely humbled and privileged to have been accepted by the 'Gift of a Wedding' charity as one of their go to Celebrants. I will be listed as a Celebrant for Warwickshire and some surrounding areas to offer my services free, to a couple who are dealing with a terminal or life shortening illness. Couples can apply or be nominated to make their dreams come true with the gift of a Wedding. 💕

What a fabulous day we had! Thank you to Bridget and John for sending me a couple of pics from their ceremony a few weeks ago. I had so much fun from when we first met, to writing their story, the ceremony script, meeting the families, including Albert the gorgeous 4 legged ring bearer and performing the ceremony! So much fun, laughter and a few tears. What more can you ask for at your wedding ceremony!

I was so lucky to relax and be a guest at the wedding of my gorgeous nephew Rhys and his beautiful bride, Molly, yesterday. He and Molly looked stunning 😍 and many of the guests, including me, dressed in the Great Gatsby theme chosen by the couple. I was wearing black as you can see but so did a lot of guests!

Yesterday was day 3 of our weekend away. It was off to Bilbao. Fab drive through the Rioja region. Stopped at Balcon del Rioja, 800 metres high look out over oart of Rioja. Then off to the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao for lunch and to see the museum. Fantastic trip, back home today!

The ceremony was to celebrate their commitment and love for one another under extremely difficult and emotional circumstances.To be able to give them the happiness they deserve was the most important thing for me as a Celebrant.

Farewell in love . This dog, named Greta, had arrived at the last day of her life at the age of 15 years and ended with a serious illness. The owner took them to the place where they both were happiest together. Her favorite beach. In her last hour, he caressed her fur and gently talked to her, told about her adventures together and how much he loved her, he did not leave her alone until her last breath on this world. This is how loyalty goes to a beloved animal until the end. ❤
