Who’d have thought after starting our business in the middle of a lockdown we’d be here today announcing the sale of over 1000 of our delicious handmade sausage rolls ! We’re thrilled they’ve gone down a storm and want to extend a huge thanks to everyone who’s come down and visited us at the markets so far !

Tomorrow you’ll find us down at Metre Market Holyport from 0900-1300 ! We’ve got some real treats in store perfect picnic food for this amazing weather we’re having !

- Spanakopita Tart, spinach, feta, herbs, spices and walnuts (as close to a Greek holiday as we’ll be getting :()

- Croque Monsieur Tart, bechamel, cheddar, honey roast ham and thyme roasted tomatoes

- Leek & Gruyere Quiche, deliciously savoury leeks and nutty gruyere

- Eton Mess Doughnuts - we were going to do chocolate ones, but then with it being Summer we thought why not crack out the Eton mess ones again, they always go down a storm. We’ve got a limited number of these tomorrow so first come first served !

Well it’s been a long two days at Tonkscooks, all day yesterday getting ready for Holyport Metre Market, then a very early start this morning to get a delicious batch of 70 handmade doughnuts ready !
