There are so many different types of cakes that sometimes it is impossible to choose (especially if you have a sweet tooth like me!!)

Between the flavour, the icing and the design, you could littereraly go crazy.

A little piece of advice: remember your wedding theme and try to match your cake to the rest of your decor, maybe making it the centre of it. But just make sure it is delicious!!

Just a little tip for you: Remember your invitation is the first sneak pick into your wedding. Your guests will start imagining and dreaming about your big day, just from opening your invitation. And they might also judge!! Yes, we all have one of those relatives or friends that think they know better!
But don't worry too much. Just follow your theme and your heart and all shall be good.

I really love this design. Amazing how a touch of gold can make it look so elegant and sophisticated. And these matt transparent envelopes!! A dream!

*Inspiration fo the day*

When planning a wedding, there are so many thing s to keep into consideration that it is normal to forget something or ot give more importance to other elements.

One of the main element that in my opinion is underestimated is the Lighting.

More than often couples feel like the quotes from suppliers are too high and they do not need all the lights and equipment suggested.

Well, let me tell you something. In all the years I have been working in the wedding and event industry, I have seen with my own eyes what the correct lighting in the corret spot can do to a room. Ypu can completely change the atmosphere and the feel of a room just with a few uplighters and candles. You can colour match the lights to your theme or warm up a room that wuld otherwise be plain and boring.

Another important use of the lighting is for pictures. I am sure many photographer out there will agree with me. One of the biggest way to remember you wedding day is through photos and videos and trust me, you need the light to be perfect to obtain good results.

This is just a little piece of advice from me to you.

Maybe it's the sun, maybe it's the heat, or maybe it is just me, but I truly find this table setting Really amazing and inspiring.

I can almost see myself sitting down, enjoying a meal and appreciating all the perfect details on this table.
There is nothing comlicated or out of ordinary, but all the elements just work perfectly with each other, creating a stunning look.

Inspiration of the day!

A romantic table setting dominated by semplicity and flowers.
Sometimes there is no need to be "extra" in our choices. Sometimes we decide to prioritise other elements of our wedding, like the emotions and the magical moments that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.

When planning your wedding, think of what is really important and dear to you and focus your attention (and your budget!) on those things that will bring you joy and memories.

How beautiful is this arch? For some reasons I am kind of obsessed at the moment. I know the have been around for a while but I find them the best way to create a nice backdrop for ceremonies but not only.

They can be used for many different moments throughout the day, you just need to move them around or redesign the space to incorporate them. They can be a backdrop for the cake cutting or maybe a nice background for your guest pictures, or again they can be at the back of the couple's table during a meal. So many options!!
