Great escape to Italy, No need for introductions to one of the best cuisines in the world. Wine, prosecco, Pasta,fruits, veggies and much much more Mama Mia! For years am skipping breakfast, but not there. I could have pasta for brekkie☺️. I had fabulous food in small and charming restaurants and treated myself to a Michelin S that was out of this world. I had the chance to talk to a few chefs in the rest. I was having meals, and they were always SO kind; a couple of them spared some time to give me a few excellent tips “How cool is that?) I can’t wait to put it in practice. ❤️ my time in , Islands

Beautiful lunch at Belgravia.

Great Fundraising lunch for 16 A list guests including RT Hon James Cleverly MP. He loved the lamb “and their 3 bodyguards 😳loved the cheese platter” we served: • English Asparagus, goats cheese, harissa and toasted almonds
• Lamb loin, charred hispi cabbage, potato galette, shallot purée and lamb jus
• Selection of cheese, biscuits, and fruits

It’s Commonwealth day today! A whole day of celebration. Lunch for 170 guests, including many heads of State at the HQ in Pall Mall. The guests had a pause at Westminster Abbey, then back for Afternoon Tea and dinner with King Charles at St James Palace. Fantastic day and so proud and grateful to be part of the team. 🇧🇷

This dish was just a piece of heaven. Fillet of beef, duck fat potatoes, smoked celeriac and a chicory and shallot marmalade, beef jus and Garnish pea shoots 🇧🇷

I have had this delicious recipe for more than (…years) 🫣given from a sweetheart's secondary school boyfriend’s mom, haha! Just made some yesterday! Sharing with you all ❤️
2 onions, half-mooned
1 minced red chilly
Warm water to cover
250ml of olive oil
70ml of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
*Method of preparation:*
*Cover the onions with warm water and let them rest for 10 minutes. Drain the water, add the other ingredients and cover with olive oil. Put it in the fridge and if you can 😅, wait for 2/3 days to lock in flavours and serve with BBQ’s, grilled meat/chicken, burgers yummy 😋! And if you are meat free, this is a winner with any grains, grilled veggies! 🇧🇷
