Last night I started Create & Nourish: Finding your Create Flow, with a gorgeous group of women who are keen to find their creative flow, a sanctuary even, and discover new ways to create within an art journal.
I thought I would do a page in my journal this morning, going through my process the actual doing and the thinking using a technique from the Artist way writing out a page to release any negative thoughts and I think that's bothering me but also set my intentions. We are working a little bit with a root chakra last night, I am very late in doing my accounts. I know a lot of you will go but that! And I'm finding it really hard to focus on that task which I'm about to go and do! So I wanted to do a page to try and just ground myself and find the joy in going through my accounts! I find focus with these kind of thing really hard -anyway I'm off to spend my day doing that.
